Some work is needed
Left a lot to be desired. No one at front desk, had to call a number to get someone (odd for 8:00pm). Girl that came to the window was not friendly. One could tell she didn’t really care and didn’t want to be there. Hallway carpets were filthy, looks like hadn’t been shampooed in forever. Whole hallway smelled like weed. Room itself was ok. At checkout, again, no one there. Someone showed up (same girl as night before). She opened up the roll up window (begrudgingly). She didn’t offer a receipt (I had to ask for one—she reluctantly gave it to me), then immediately shut the window again. Not sure why keeping the window open and being accessible to your patrons seemed a bother for her. Strange. Perhaps some customer service training is due?

Worst place!
This hotel was so unorganized. For starters we called for the check in(due to being a late check in) guy came down cussing and yelling in the hall then we get the bill and it’s almost $40 more than what was told to us n the reservation. There was so much “younger” traffic through the place the entire night and reeked of weed throughout the entire place. All the snacks and food in the vending were expired. The room was dirty also had no soap or hair dryer at all couldn’t ask for more because it was thanksgiving day and the front office was closed (understandable) but should’ve already been in the room. The bed was missing the bottom skirt and the room was not at all what was pictured. When leaving the hotel room to go to a thanksgiving dinner there was a drunk man sleeping with a beer on the lobby couch and no one bothered to have him leave. The room across from us had a dog with a muzzle and when there room was opened up it teamed of dog and dog poop in the hallway. The people at the counter were so unprofessional dirty and in and of some manners. I will never stay again. The outside looks beautiful but the inside and the customer service ruin this place. I have stayed in many places in the area when visiting family and I will tell you this is by far the worst I have stay in cheaper that are better quality. I want my money back it was such a waste and to make things better I have emailed and called with no responses back!
