Spacious 1 Bedroom unit with queen bed, and living room/kitchen area with pull out Queen couch (Linen for the pullout couch provided upon request). Perfect for a 2 Adults or Adult and child. Private home on a quiet road with Mountain view. Separate entrance, on ground floor. There is a set of stairs to navigate to reach the entrance. Full kitchen setup, with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and full fridge. All linen provided. Streaming TV (Roku) with major networks and with Netfix . WiFii, nicely landscaped Front yard accessible for relaxation. Not handicap accessible. A few steps from road, minutes from Storyland and local attractions. Ideal location for area activities: shopping, skiing, hiking, golfing, rafting, etc. Gas grill provided on request. All cleaning and sanitizing guidelines followed, and much more. Contact free entry. Good location
Useful to have a kitchen area which was very well equipped as well as a table and sofa. It is a quiet location, handy for all the amenities and tourist attractions in this beautiful area. The enclosed bedroom and en suite might not suit everyone.

comfortable, attractive and affordable
We spent three nights while riding the Conway Scenic Railway and hiking. The space was quiet, functional and comfortable with a restful view from the front windows. Jerry lives upstairs and stopped by to check in on us twice but was not intrusive. Excellent internet but limited cell phone service (that's true throughout the area). The kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom worked well for us, but be aware that there's little counter space in the kitchen, and the shower is tiny. I would certainly stay here again.
