A fine restaurant, beach supplies, or an ice cream cone can be purchased all just a few steps away from “Ocean Palms”. You will enjoy the privacy of a gated community, so parking and relaxation at the private community pool are never a challenge. Finally the interior of “Ocean Palms” will keep you dreaming about more time at the beach. Beautifully decorated with hardwood floors you and your family will be delighted with comfortable bedrooms and a living area with oceanfront views. The kitchen features granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four. Each bedroom of “Ocean Palms” has plenty of room to stretch out for a dreamy nap, with the master bedroom boasting oceanfront views. Another great feature of this home is that each bedroom has a private bath.

Please note that only two parking passes come with this property, per the Ocean Palms Regime. Please plan accordingly.

Note:
The exterior stairs at Ocean Palms will be undergoing renovations from approximately the middle of January to the end of March. During this time, as the stairs are prepared for repainting, there may be significant construction noise during the day. Please be aware of this before booking. *Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The community pool is open for the season between April and October and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- This home is on the third floor. Guests will take the elevator, and once inside, the entire unit is all on one level.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Beautiful, clean, accommodating condo. Our family enjoyed spending time out on the deck, comfortable with an amazing view. Loved decor, and large sectional couch. Location of condo was prime for walking to restaurants and shops.

The condo was very nice, with a great balcony and view of the ocean. We had a lovely stay. The location is very convenient although there was loud music playing late into the night from local bars and night clubs. Otherwise close to perfect.

Location was prime . Walking distance was the best to everything . We loved the huge balcony. We didn’t have hairdryers for each room and within an hour they brought new ones . Also internet was slow and they came up to look at it right away . We loved the decorations in the unit . Second time renting it . ❀

Lovely Condo at Isle of Palms

This condo was perfect for a girls trip - 3 adult sister and mother. Ocean Palms is gated, had underground parking and is conveniently located. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our mother who has some mobility issues. The view from the patio was outstanding and the layout of the condo worked perfectly for 4 adults, who each had a private bathroom. We will come back!

Easy to access, close to everything, great patio!

We came to Isle of Palms for a wedding and enjoyed our stay Ocean Palms. Just looking at the other condos and rentals nearby, I could tell we chose one of the best in the area! There was plenty of common space in the condo for 8 adults to hang out, plus we enjoyed the patio at night to stay up and talk while others went to bed. We would stay here again! We walked to the grocery store and had a few restaurants in easy walking distance, plus the coffee and ice cream shop next door!

Great location, very well equipped. Great layout for a family of six but not for ten.

We really enjoyed this property. The layout was perfect for our family of six. Being right on the beach was awesome. We also enjoyed the pool. The main flaw was that the master bedroom smelled like dirty diapers. The smell was so overwhelming that I almost contacted the rental office. We finally bought febreze and tried to cover the smell. Beside the smell the rental was great!

Carpet was old and patched along with being filthy. Window at master bedroom leaking and mold growing on trim and carpet. Unit needs updated badly. Extremely overpriced for the condition.
