A nice surprise

We’d never been to IOP before, and we were pleasantly surprised by the laid back island and our beautiful rental house. Each bedroom had its own queen or king bed, and the bathrooms were plentiful! Beds were super comfy, living area spacious, lots of space on the screened in porch, amazing Wolf range and quality kitchen appliances!53rd Ave beach access had only three parking spaces at the end, but the walk to the beach from the house was about 150 yds….not too bad. Uncrowded beach, we even rented a surf board for a couple of days. Island Realty responded quickly to our communications and made our stay pleasant and easy.

The house was extremely clean and had all the necessities. The properties location is superb and I liked that we didn’t have to enter the neighborhood but rather had quick access from palm blvd. Nice space for parking and easy access to the beach. The check in process could not have been any easier. Great property!

Spacious and comfy spot on Isle of Palms

We stayed here in early May for a Girls Weekend in Charleston. The house was spacious, super clean, and well stocked with supplies (though we would've loved having beach towels available). The house is inside the Wild Dunes gated golf community, but you can also park in the front of the house directly off Palm Blvd which we found convenient. The ocean is less than a block away. The upstairs bedrooms both feature small private balconies with French doors that we loved opening to get the cool cross breeze off the ocean. Neighborhood is very quiet (quiet hours are enforced). Some guests may find the check-in process inconvenient because you have to go the rental office instead of directly to property, but we were already in that area for lunch so it didn't impact us. Check-out procedures were very reasonable. It's a great spot and we absolutely plan to return. Highly recommend!
