The hotel itself is very good but sadly the reservation team did not pay attention neither to our special request for bedding nor the eligible room upgrade due to member status. Strongly suggest to reach out to the hotel via phone if you have special requests as it seems they are not watched. Other than that, everything was very good.

I left a document at the room. I contacted the hotel next day and talked to a receptionist, she told me it’s there and they will hold it for me. The Same day I arranged FedEx pickup and paid for pickup and delivery. However they couldn’t find my document when the FedEx service went there. I had to arrange and pay more to gey my document pickup agin. Still I haven’t received it. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

Fine for a pre-flight stay

Clean and comfortable hotel next to the airport. Small bar and nice courtyard garden with tables and chairs. Restaurant with a la carte menu. Breakfast was not very inspiring and had standard international buffet food. Western European prices. Room was adequate and clean though had two single beds when I had booked a double.

I had a fantastic stay at this airport hotel! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the terminal, making it perfect for anyone with a layover or early flight. The rooms are cozy and quiet, which is a bonus given how close it is to the airport. What truly stood out was the warm and friendly staff—they made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to ensure I had a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Loud environment, unpleasant service

The service was not good. They made false statements, such as when I was smelling cigarette smoke outside my room, or telling me that there was nothing they could do to help. Almost any other hotel I have been to would offer to switch my room, even if the only rooms available are slightly better than mine. Also, the airplane noise is exceedingly loud on the fourth floor
