Terrace for the breakfast buffet has amazing views, but unfortunately the food is very bland. I skipped breakfast the following day and went to a nearby bakery instead. Staff os pleasant and helpful.

Property is in an industrial area with loads of noise and feels unsafe with so much traffic. Rooms facing the noisy street would mean you can’t open your curtains.

This is a very modern clean hotel. I recommend the Port hotel over the older Halich hotel nearby. I stayed in both and recommend the port because it has nice breakfast view and is more modern.

The staff members were very polite and supportive. The hotel was close to main attractions and the metro. The breakfast was lovely and served on a terrace with an amazing view. Soundproofing was a concern. We could hear doors slamming in the hallway, and some noise from the street.

I like the room were clean and spacious. The staff was very unwelcoming, they wanted the passport before the check in to know why I was there, told me to wait two hours, never offered me information, ask me to pay 25 euros for breakfast, didn’t call for a taxi and did not help with the luggage. The hotel itself was not bad but they need to train more their stuff, kind of arrogant.

The neighborhood is totally walkable. It’s easy to get to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Karakoy, and many attractions. I looked forward to the morning breakfast each day, very delicious and many options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it is central for all sightseeing and easy to catch the train to the airport. Hotel was really good, very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well worth the extra payment and the view from the restaurant was definitely something.
