Front desk staff wasn’t professional and was making unflattering comments about their teammates in front of guests checking in. Tables in the bistro were sticky and needed to be wiped down between guests. Hot water and coffee should just be complimentary in the lobby. No microwave in room

Liked the location. Little frustrated with the room. Air conditioner did not work well. Cramped bathroom, no microwave in the room. Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean and in a beautiful area.

Unfortunately, in the first room offered, the fan would not turn off and we needed to change rooms at 1am. In the second room, the heat/cool unit was not operational at all. Just not my idea of a four star facility overall.

Excellent location, plenty of parking, but it could have offered free coffee in the lobby... there was free coffee in the room which was appreciated.

A Marriott hotel never disappoints

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
Location: There is plenty to do. We visited the falls, Cornell, Ithaca College, and even a goat farm!
Our room was ready when we arrived. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. I would stay here again when I return to the area.
