On the outside it looks like your typical motel but I was blown away by how nice the rooms were. They were well maintained, updated, spacious, and met all of the needs we had for much cheaper than a comparable hotel. Cannot recommend this property enough!

This place was great. It's a 10 minute trip from downtown Ithaca, so it might be an issue if you're staying here without a car. If you do have a car, I would highly recommend staying here. Super clean and updated rooms at a great price. It might not look like much from the outside, but it's a great property and an excellent value.
