My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. You can tell great care goes into making guests feel welcome. This was a great place to stay! The hostswere very accommodating and there were all of the little special things that you might need on a stay away from home. it is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

perfect house and location

My husband and I wanted a little spot away from the kids for the weekend. this place was PERFECT. it had everything we could need and the location was AMAZING. so close to the beach, bars , and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

This place is an absolute gem! we felt at home from the moment we stepped inside. From the decorating to the comfy bed to being stocked with absolutely everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The front porch with the surrounding gardens were our favorite spot. Loved the neighborhood and the fact that everything was so convenient.

Great Stay in Jax Beach

The property is in a great location, just steps from the beach and central to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had to make a minor change to our reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Lovely little home

Perfect for my family of four. Home was very clean and had every thing we needed. Location was great. Only con was construction along the path to beach access, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Chill little weekend

There aren’t enough nice things I can say! This place was so cute! Everything was exceptional. Very intimate, chill little vibe. A lot of thought has been put into this charming property. It felt very cozy with everything you may need. The host also has an amazing green thumb! The landscaping was gorgeous and gave it just the right touch. Everything is very walkable and the beach access was great. We’ll definitely be back!
