Trapped me in the hotel!

The room was good but the check in and check out process was horrible. For check in the woman couldn’t find my reservation (in her email inbox ??) and almost didn’t let me check in because she didn’t know what Hotels.com was. Upon check out (at 6am), the front door of the hotel was locked!! Such a huge safety issue. Nobody was at the front desk, so I pounded on the door for over 10 minutes until a security guard finally came to open it. So dangerous that all the building exit doors were locked - what if there was a fire??? I checked all the other exits and they couldn’t be opened.

There wasn't much of a welcome from staff who did not smile or speak much English. I was given a room which smelled strongly of urine and requested to be moved, which they accomodated. The second room looked out onto an outdoor garbage heap and the bathroom floor was covered in slime. I was only there until my late night flight and the bed was comfortable for a nap but I would not feel comfortable to stay longer.

Super accueil et joli hôtel amaizing roof top !

accueil sympathique dans cet hôtel où les chambres sont super propres et où vous bénéficierez d’un toit terrasse avec une vue à 360 sur Jaipur. L’accueil est tout le personnel sont vraiment gentils et ça fait du bien en Inde où ça n’est pas toujours le cas. À deux minutes de l’aéroport, on recommande pour les départs matinaux.
