Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, large bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub to take a long soak you'll be sure to relax.

The house is set up to sleep 6 comfortably, if you count the couch it can be 7 but a full size adult would find the couch small. Two bedrooms upstairs, one king and two twins. Downstairs bedroom has a queen. Kitchen has all of the basics you'd need to prepare and serve a meal. Bathroom is large and has a walk-in shower or a separate bathtub. Pets are welcome.

Good commumication with the owner and great instructions and acess. This is a nice modest house only a short walk from downtown and 1/2 block from HyVee for sit-down meals and groceries! The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great! The indoor temperature was comfortable on a couple of warm Iowa days. Good place to relax at the end of the day.We did encounter some plumbing and electrical safety concerns during our stay that can't be remedied in a day, and we shared those with the owner.

Although not an overly place to stay, it handled our family’s needs without feeling cramped. A much cheaper alternative than staying in a hotel room. Our family didn’t use the kitchen or washer / dryer.

Great little place

This was our first time booking a Vrbo and we were very satisfied. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with and the price was very reasonable. Our only complaint was there was no lighting on the outside of the house so the driveway was very dark. We were traveling with elderly parents and the driveway was uneven so some lights outside would have be very helpful. We would definitely book again.
