"Wonderful room. This is our second stay here on different trips. Nicely and tastefully furnished room. Has to be one of the quietest places we have ever stayed. Soundproofing of rooms is great, you hear no noise from either hallways. Next rooms, or outside. Our favorite place when visiting Albuquerque. "

"The breakfast menu unfortunately was not fresh when you have ham in the morning nobody wants a deli ham and that’s what it was. The eggs were not that great. I’m sorry to say but the breakfast I’m sorry it’s just doesn’t do well on top of that your machine for the orange juice, water, and cranberry juice overheat it so you had warm apple juice. Nobody wants a warm apple juice or warm cranberry juice as for the facility it was decent but the breakfast I’m very very disappointed in that I am unfortunatelyI will not stay there again."

"There was almost never hotel available at the lobby. The only time we saw some was when we checked in and out. There was 1 elevator and it was small and someone had scratched the panel so badly that it looked smashed. The carpet in the hallway was filthy. When we walked in the room, it looked plain and clean. When we turned on the bathroom light, the tile on the floor was cracked, busted and had a chunk of tile missing. The water was dripping heavily from the bathtub faucet. When we pulled the knob up for the shower, the whole faucet came out of the plastic wall. It was clear there were issues above and around the shower head but they tried to hide it by painting it a dark gray color. That is the worse bathroom we've ever seen. The air conditioner worked and the refrigerator froze our drinks. The bedspread on the bed was paper thin and there were no additional bla kets available to use. We had 2 rooms. My son's room was next to ours but connected to another room. In the room attached to my son's room was an older couple smoking pot the whole weekend. We tried to find hotel staff to let them know and to make them stop, but we could not find anyone until Saturday evening. The couple had a cat in the room and also had their window open clearly trying to have the smoke go outside. Nothing was done. This is, I would like to say the worse room I've rented from Hotels.com, but it is the second worse room we ever rented. This hotel was not worth half of what we paid. Do not rent!"

"This is an older motel that has been updated. If you are expecting top luxury don't bother but if you want a clean comfortable room with great staff, this is it. Loved the beds! Wish we could have taken this room with us on our entire trip."
