Great location, great service, room just “OK”

Location was PERFECT and the service was great, but the apartment was frankly a little disappointing. The TV didn’t work - seemed like a satellite issue - and the furniture had missing handles, the floor was scratched and the paint was chipped, etc. I would probably consider staying here again next time I’m in the area, but all-in-all, I’d have to rate this as only “good/fair.”

We had trouble Checking In, the beds were uncomfortable, a few light bulbs were burnt out in the unit, there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink, our stay was okay not great.

Awesome location and view. Easy access to public transportation that quickly goes to Manhattan. Beautiful view. Great managing team that provide individual attention to guests with clear directions

Great View and clean!

It was an amazing view of NYC and the perfect local close to the subway! Only complaint was the bed in the master room had a huge sunken spot in it. Bad enough it could be filled with pillows and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on!

Property location was ok but the condition of an apt was worse . Everything was broken the kitchen drawers till toilet seat imagine . Even the lamps . They had bond the ceramic table lamps broken parts with some kind of glue and it was like the whole apt look was terrible . Carpets were smelly and comforter on the bed was washed in the laundry and all it’s cotton was in balls in a cover . I hope if I will book something again with Expedia in future , they will not do such reservations .

Stay away! Big dissapointment!

Stay away!!! Dette var en uendelig skuffelse fra ende til annen. Overhodet ikke likt som bildene og elendig kundeservice. Det var heller ikke sengetøy eller håndklær til allesammen i leiligheten. Og har aldri bodd i noe så møkkete sted før. Kunne skrevet så mye men orker ikke, helt skandale!
