You will have the entire apartment to yourself and we offer self check-in any time after 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if no one is staying the night before for an additional $50. We will let you know the evening before your arrival if early check-in is available. This unit is on the 1st floor.
Other things to note
-There is nearby parking for $25/Day. Contact for info.
-Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property.

You`ll have access to the entire apartment with entry to the building and the condo controlled by keypad locks.

I`m reachable on the Airbnb system 24/7 .

In the event of snow fall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay. On our larger properties and apartment buildings, this may not be applicable as commercial snow removal processes are in place. Thank you!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
DO NOT BOOK — especially if traveling with family. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived with our family and found the apartment in very poor condition, not livable at all - with so many broken items, Spider Webs, Inadequate lighting, Severe cleanliness issues, Dirty Kitchen/Bathroom and Conditions that did not match the listing photos at all. The host/management team was extremely irresponsive despite repeated messages and photos documenting everything. We had to leave shortly after arrival and arrange alternative accommodation ourselves. The exact property address was also not provided before booking, which made it difficult to properly assess the location beforehand. It has now been over a week, and we are still fighting to get our refund, with no proper resolution from the host/management team. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that families avoid this property. I also believe Vrbo should review this listing and the other listings associated with the same building.
