"Cute, well-maintained property that was in a great location to restaurants, the dunes and the beach. My children especially enjoyed the community pool which was beautiful right on the sound. James was very communicative and easy to work with. We had a great stay here"

"Nicely decorated house. All small appliances were provided. Be aware that the kitchen is on the top floor which made it difficult to climb steps with groceries for seniors. Washing machine was broken, reported but not fixed for the week. Size of the pool is very small but was enjoyed."

"Great little beach house! Clean and comfy in a great location. Very convenient to beach access and the fishing pier. Despite being centrally located it was quiet inside. Sitting on the front porch somehow felt private while we watched people coming and going from the beach. Nice and shady in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend. Nothing fancy but really perfect for a little true KDH / OBX experience. "

"Beautiful home with responsive owners. The only issue we had was the distance to the beach access. It was a short walk, but we thought it was right across the street. There was plenty of parking when you drive."
