Comprised of two distinct units that can be booked individually, Casa Vega and Casa Maia, you now have the convenience of booking both together, making this the perfect option for you and your guests to have your own unique and private space.

The Space:
Perfect for nature enthusiasts, plentiful outdoor spaces include hammocks, fire pits, and porches/decks, providing peaceful settings for stargazing or meditative reflection. Even simply wandering the property brings about a sense of serenity as you free your mind and connect with the beauty of the natural landscape. Away from the property, you’ll be just about 17 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park, filled with endless opportunity for adventure by land or by water. Wine lovers will also rejoice as you’ll be located at the start of the Texas Wine Trail, placing you just a short drive from over 50 wineries.

In Casa Vega, the interior expertly exudes those cozy cabin vibes, where soaring vaulted ceilings enhance the openness of spaces bathed in abundant, natural light. Sink into plush living room sofa seating, surrounded by rustic-modern décor creating a warm, inviting atmosphere as you stream all your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV. A wine cooler will help you store those newly acquired bottles, ready to host happy hour whenever you are.

The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to put together homestyle meals quickly and efficiently, equipped with a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer. Dine together indoors at the counter or on available tray tables or take your fare outdoors onto the deck for an al fresco mealtime experience while the sun sets below the horizon and the string lights provide a romantic glow.

At Casa Maia, the home’s bright and cozy interior keeps the focus on the great outdoors, with unique touches in its furnishings and décor adding character and charm. Recline on the bed during your well-earned downtime to stream all your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV. The kitchenette assists with prep and storage of all your snacks and goodies, with a microwave, mini-refrigerator and drip coffee pot serving up all your favorite beverages.

Casa Vega
This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a loft.

The bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The loft includes a queen size bed. Please note that the loft has low ceilings.

Casa Maia
This home sleeps 2 guests in a queen size bed.

The full bathroom includes a single vanity and ranch-style stock tank shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in Casa Vega.
• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.
• This is true Hill Country wilderness, so tread carefully—nature’s beauty comes with its wild side, including thorns, critters, and the occasional slither.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $95 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Please be sure to take care with your pets, as this home is located in a wild, natural area.
• Casa Vega is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front porch and actively monitoring the valley to the front of Vega, the deck, and the fire pit.
• Casa Maia is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the north side exterior wall and actively monitoring the parking area.
• Please read each of the rules carefully to avoid any danger and/or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
o You must be at least 21 years or older to book this property.
o No events, group gatherings or parties are allowed at any Grand Welcome Texas Hill Country property under any circumstance unless preapproved.
o Permitted use: This reservation is for use as a vacation rental only.
o Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
