Check-in was a breeze, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Arrived a little ahead of schedule and room was ready for us. Location is perfect if hitting the slopes at June Mountain or enjoying the lake. Rooms are quite outdated but clean and everything works. Several restaurants within walking distance which was convenient.

The staff was so accommodating it was my first time traveling alone and in snow. I was pretty nervous. I even got locked out of my room on accident and the staff was helpful and quick to answer the phone when I had any questions. I’ll definitely be back especially in summertime thank you so much.

The staff and Customer Service were absolutely excellent. The space was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come again just a note to self. You may want to bring some alternate entertainment because the Wi-Fi does not work so you won’t be able to watch TV if that’s what you’re anticipating for entertainment for the kids.
