Disappointing for a Fairfield Marriott.
Pros:It was clean
Cons:Quality
1st of all we paid for a suite...The A/C (which was a window unit, not even a central A/C controlled by a thermostat) had to run full blast 24-7. They had a dehumidifier in there too that had to run full time. They were noisy as heck. Asked the staff to look at it twice, no one bothered to communicate if they'd fixed anything, well because they didn't. The pull out bed was Comfort Inn quality NOT Marriott quality. And it's sad the bathroom was just average, not even nice tiled walls or a nice walk-in shower, it was all plastic. The fitness room was a joke with a few cardio pieces, doesn't anyone look at that kind of thing? No one does just cardio anymore! The pool looked DIRTY, maybe it just needed to be re-plastered. And after asking for your 2nd set of keys and you still have to insert it 20 times to get it to work it just gets exhausting to keep asking for the simple things to work like they're supposed to. The breakfast had good variety but the quality was not so great on the hot food. I'd rather pay for a decent breakfast. Overall needs an upgrade!
