Recently Renovated Beautiful Jupiter Bay East One Bedroom unit with screened lanai overlooking Carlin Park as your backyard. Full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, comfortable living room, dining area, cable TV in living room and bedroom and high speed internet available. New sectional couch has two recliners at each end that can be used to sleep on - very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the beach. Community is a resort setting - has two pools, hot tub, tennis courts & BBQ grills at the pool area, clubhouse, and a recently opened and excellent restaurant/tiki bar called The Twisted Tuna (https://thetwistedtuna.com/) on the property. Covid Safe - no elevator and separate entrance.

Proximity to shops, restaurants, golf, movie theater & Maltz Jupiter Theater. As well as everything else Jupiter and Palm Beach County has to offer make this condo a great place to rent. This unit is nicely furnished and well maintained.

From our Jupiter Bay East Condo the beach can be reached by a 2 minute car drive or in a leisurely walk (10 minute) along a pathway through Carlin Park. The park has a running track, picnic tables, and an amphitheater which features local theatrical productions. Other nearby parks and attractions include Blowing Rocks Preserve and the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.

Great location

We really loved this property because of the screened in patio area that opened directly onto a park, it was very close to the beach and great restaurants, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was especially nice that beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella were available to use. The kitchen was dated but fully stocked and functional. The bed was also very comfortable; my back did not hurt at all. Unit was very clean and check in was easy. Would stay here again.

Great Spot

Clean, Convenient & Close to the beach. You could take a 10 minute walk through Carlin Park or a 3 minute drive to the beach. 2 Blocks from Grocery Store and the Food Shack (Great Food). Hopefully its available in December when I come back!

Great Location - adequate accommodations

The location was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Unfortunately, I don’t think we would choose this place again until it is updated. When we first walked in the air was stale, like it had been smoked in years ago and painted over but not ever really cleared out. The sheets on the bed were flannel like but thread bare, the replacements in the closet looked like sheets from my grandmother’s house from the 60’s - stained and thinning, towels as well. It was not a fun first impression feeling like “what have we done”?!? After cooking the next morning the smoke smell was covered up and with the air moving it was much better. We made do with the sheets. The next couple of day were fine, being close enough to walk to the beach each morning was awesome
 it’s just the initial shock of - this isn’t what we were expecting. It is pretty obvious they are re-doing things little by little. The bathroom was nicely finished, but the kitchen looked like it was original from 1982. Again it was adequate, but with just a few minor changes it would be fantastic.

Great location. Close to the beaches. Loved that they had beach chairs and umbrellas available! The pool was really nice and convenient. The bed was comfortable. And they had plenty of pillows. We would stay here again.

This is a great property with extra thoughtfulness of providing beach chairs and beach bag for out of town travelers! Kitchen was well stocked and added extras was a plus! Beach was close and had a park close by ! Loved the walking trail

Beautiful Jupiter

Location is perfect!! Condo complex and pools are superb!! Condo manager responded right away to a simple question. The condo itself was very old. Simple updates would do it wonders. New towels and sheets (had to wash the sheets, they were stained). I’m sure they were clean but it was unsettling. Ant traps on top of the tables was also a bit unsettling. All that said. We had an amazing 2 week vacation!! The area offers so much. Spent little time at the condo itself.

Great location. Quiet, roomy condo.

My wife and I stayed here in March. We love the location and 1st floor location. One and a half bathrooms that do not have a connecting door between them. The master bathroom was very roomy as compared with other one bedroom condos in this complex. Pros: keyless entry, plenty of room, newer sectional sofa was very comfortable, quiet washer/dryer unit, coffee pot and microwave were replaced during our stay, comfortable bed, very nice flatscreen tv in living room and bedroom. Owner responded quickly to some issues during our stay. Cons: Refrigerator working fine but exterior door shows what appears to be rust or excessive wear, bed linens and bath towels need an upgrade, (I ended up using an older, thin set in closet, patio door blinds get jammed. At checkout, guests are responsible for putting linens and towels in washer. For obvious reasons I would ask owner to reconsider this policy. Overall, we recommend this Owner & his Condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Disappointing Christmas Vacation

Unfortunately, first impressions of the property were not great. Within minutes of arrival, it was clear the floor was dirty, and feet were black. The check in process was basic, not even a welcome note/package. In fact, not even a box of tissues and when asked, they recommended toilet paper. The automatic door lock battery had to be changed by us. Photos are deceiving and description not accurate. There is a portion of the condo that has been renovated but there are many flaws. The quality of most furniture was not good, and things showed significant wear. The couch was new but not comfortable for sleep. The host was reachable and did respond to requests and ordered some required amenities (Hand towels for the bathroom and a can opener) and was also very pleasant. The location of the condo is great, nice proximity to the beach. We were staying over Christmas and found that the kitchen area was by no means adequate or updated. Lighting was burnt out. Kitchen had experienced a serious leak at some point and cupboards under the sink were in terrible condition. The fridge ice maker did not work, the microwave it could not boil water, there was only one usable small pot, and the oven did not work. During our stay a repairperson was required to come to look to at the oven, which we had to be there for, and the part arrived after we left, apparently. All of this made hosting a Christmas dinner impossible. If you are planning on cooking your own meals this condo is not for you.
