Breathtaking Kona Home - Heated Pool / Air conditioning and Beautiful Sunsets

This breathtaking 3 Bedroom plus bunkroom, 2 bath single level home is located just minutes from Kailua, Kona and some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. Everything in this house is new! Fresh full remodel just completed. This includes a brand new gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you will need to prepare great meals, should you choose to do so. Convection oven with microwave and gas range.

Fully functional laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

This house features over 2500 sq feet of an open floor plan and a 1200 sq foot covered lanai.

You can wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai. Then after a full day of fun you can relax while enjoying an evening BBQ with friends and watching the beautiful sun as it sets in the evening sky.

There are hardwood floors throughout the main living area. An Entertainment Center in the living room that includes a 75" television with a Sound System, WiFi access and theatre seating.

Very open floor plan with indoor/outdoor cooking and eating areas. Very private backyard with salt water heated pool with a waterfall. Ceiling fans in every room in the house as well as out on the covered lanai. Air conditioning throughout the home. Coming home to an air conditioned home is nice on those warm Hawaiian days, which is just part of the perks of renting from us!

The Master suite is huge! Two doors leading to the outside one directly to the outdoor shower and the other leading to the Lanai and pool. Master Bath features a Jacuzzi tub and very large walk in shower. Dual vanity with plenty of space.

All adult bedrooms have Sealy Posturepedic Cloud beds with adjustable bases as well as televisions and plenty of privacy. At the time of this publication the children's bunk room does not have a television.

Want to enjoy the Beach? We have everything you need! Plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, flippers, snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs, beach blankets, ice chest so you can sit back and relax and not have to worry about anything.

House is located on the end of a culdesac, with a private driveway. Beautifully landscaped with plenty of space to sunbathe, fruit trees and gorgeous tropical plants that will truly impress!

The property and the house are very well maintained for your comfort and enjoyment. We truly strive for perfection to make sure you have the most unforgettable vacation of a lifetime!

beautiful & expansive home in Kailua-Kona

The villa is large, well equipped, comfortable in a quiet area of Kailua-Kona, very well placed to visit the Big Island. The beaches and shops are not far away. We had a great stay enjoying the very pleasant swimming pool.

The house is beautiful! The view is spectacular. The locks and code worked beautifully. The garage door opener was really nice to have when coming home from our day excursions and were able to leave the rental car in the garage. We left our drinks in the garage frig and easily loaded them into a cooler each morning for our adventures.

WOW where to start. The hoist was amazing, sent a welcome email asking about the place and telling us some of the other amenities. The property was better than described. the view for miles, Beautiful manicured grounds, well-kept kitchen with extra appliances, fantastic pool could go on and on. Yes, a find and yes, we plan on returning.

This house was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the pool was refreshing! It had everything you would need for a great stay. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns and had everything laid out in a nice binder when we got there. The landscaping was gorgeous and the house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of things. I would stay here again for sure!

U know the old saying nothing is perfect well this house is close as it gets. Family of 7 ( 5 adults and 2 teenagers 13 and 12) we had a blast. Home was simply beautiful, pool was great and easy drive into town and the beach, home had everything you needed to make you feel right at home. David the owner and host was very responsive and very nice and friendly he answered all questions we had right away.Pool was fabulous beautiful setting on mountain overlooking the ocean, such beautiful sunsets. We have stayed in some beautiful VRBO houses, this home is definitely the nicest we have ever stayed in, not saying the others were not nice because they were but this place was just simply fabulous. Although the pictures on VRBO makes the place look very nice, the home from the moment you drive up the driveway till you walk into the house pictures again are nice but the house is so so nice. If ever return to the island will definitely stay here again. THANKS for allowing us to stay and enjoy your beautiful home it is very much appreciated.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We stayed from June 25-July 7th. The place is gorgeous! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat! The home is stunning and perfectly laid out! The open kitchen, living, and dining room open to the patio- where the views were incredible. We enjoyed many a sunset from the patio. Being there in the 4th of July- we could also enjoy the fireworks show from the house. Fireworks were launched from Kailua Bay.The house was also nicely equipped, from kitchen supplies to beach and pool toys. If you are looking at this property- BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed.

Run Don't Walk To Reserve This House!

We have rented VRBO homes for almost 20 years LITERALLY all around the world and we loved this house. Not only was it meticulously clean, but the check in process was also flawless. Talk about location, location, location! It is nestled among the lushest greenery. You feel as though you are on the island by yourself. The view with beyond breathtaking. (David, you really need to take better photos of the ocean view). The layout of the backyard is gob stopping. Coffee with my husband by the pool each morning before the rest of the family was up -- priceless. The birds and geckos were certainly entertaining. The garage has lots and lots of pool toys from flippers to floats in all sorts and sizes.The house has the perfect flow for a family vacation. The master bedroom is at one end; there is a bunk bed situation across from the laundry room and two beautifully decorated bedrooms at the other end of the house. I do have one piece of advice: don't go to the market until you check out the pantry. There are so many staples already there. Also, check under the sinks in the bathrooms for sunscreen and aloe. There was a lot. Wish we would have checked before we spent 80 on sunscreen for the week (which we left so we just added 3 bottles to the supply). I love that they don't throw everything out that people leave behind. It is such a waste. I could go on and on! There are not enough exclamation points to add to this listing. Well worth every penny spent.

Excellent Stay at an Amazing Property

David’s house was better than described. It was spotless when we came in and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, and lots of pool toys. We chose this house for the backyard and pool, and of course, they were the hit of the stay!! The kids loved the pool and all its toys. When we weren’t out doing day trips, we were in the pool. We stopped at Costco on the way in, and cooked all our meals at the home except for the last two nights. We ate dinner outside every night as the sun was setting on the lanai. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the first time we went to use the dishwasher, it wouldn’t turn on. I messaged David, and he was very responsive and got someone out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was shot and he had to get a new one, so we didn’t have a dishwasher during our stay.There are only two things I can think of that I would have wanted to know myself for planning:1. The small bedroom with twin beds is very small and very hot. It has an overhead fan and a portable stand fan, but it was still hot. I would not recommend this room for an adult. Even my son was too hot in there. 2. We are big game players and brought a bunch of games to play while we were there. The inside table was too small for six people to play at comfortably and there are only four counter height chairs to use, so two people sat very low at the table.

Perfect Big Island - Kona rental

Top tier rental. Pictures are spot on...exactly as it was in person. Very nicely appointed home with all the basics you would need to use as a base for a wonderful Kona area vacation. Use of garage parking was great. Easy to get to from Lako St, easy drive to Kona district. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunsets at this location from the lanai. We experienced no issues with our 8 night stay in this wonderful home. Contact with owner\manager was prompt via text. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spectacular Home!

Our three generation family spent a glorious week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, the huge patio, the outdoor shower, the very comfortable bedrooms and beds, the lovely well equipped kitchen and the air conditioning in the late afternoon. Also, this house is immaculate! Huge kudos to the cleaning crew. We have rented quite a few nice homes and condos over the years, but this one is by far the cleanest and most comfortable! Dave, our host, contacted us as soon as we arrived at the house. He made sure we had his number in case we had questions or needed anything during the week. Thank you, Dave! We were sad to say goodbye to this beautiful home and Island. Until next time, Aloha!

The pictures don’t capture the perfection of this place

We were excited to stay as the pictures were beautiful. Upon opening the front door (with the easiest check in), we were completely BLOWN away by what we saw. Every inch of this house, yard, and view is perfection. The living area opens to a resort-like lanai and pool. Inside there is everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and ample supplies. We had towels, beach chairs, floats, and ice chests. The location is close to everything but on the hill and out of the way. Drinking Coffee on the outdoor shower wall staring at the ocean was one of my favorite things. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back.
