This cozy, renovated Ohana (guest house) has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a comfortable space of about 46 ㎡ (500 square feet) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The private backyard has a BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining under the stars.
Magic Sands Beach and downtown Kona are just 5 minutes away by car.
It is a location where you can easily enjoy both the beach and the city.
The interior is clean and quiet, and carefully designed to be ideal for couples, families, and small groups.

The space
The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed.
The doors of the two bedrooms are separated by curtains.
If you open the curtains in the living room a little, the cool air from the air conditioner will spread throughout the room, making your stay more comfortable.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner electric hot plate, oven toaster, and microwave.
You can enjoy meals in the private backyard.

There is a laundry room between the main house and the guest house.Please use it during the daytime as it makes noise.

There are two rabbits in the garden of the main house.Sometimes they come to play in the backyard of the guest house.

There is a parking lot, entrance, and backyard dedicated to guests.

Before you book, please read the following description.

We live with our four children in the main house next to the guest house.
Children laugh, cry, play, and sometimes fight.
We sometimes run and jump, so you may hear voices, footsteps, and other sounds of daily life, but we try to be as quiet as possible.
We also provide beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc.).
