This recently renovated and conveniently located, 1288 sq. ft ground-level unit is steps away from the pool, the private sand beach, and an ocean-front salt-water pool. It boasts a spacious living room and dining area with high speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and even has a wine refrigerator! Included for your convenience is a stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with double sinks, plenty of storage and a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and just across the hall is the second bathroom which also has a spacious, walk-in shower. Dine or relax on the private lanai and enjoy a partial ocean view. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush tropical gardens. Mere steps away from the lanai, you will find for your use a cabana and gas grills with an ocean-front eating area. Free, secure parking is located close to the unit. Casa de Emdeko is a private gated community located on Ali’i Drive, one mile south of Kailua-Kona village, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler available for our guests use.

Overall a easy check-in process and great location behind a gated community. We enjoyed the community, shared outdoor space and chairs that faced the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need as a family, washer/dryer, towels, dish and clothes detergent. We’ve had an oceanfull of delightful experiences.Our condominium unit accomodates both active chef (good appliances and utensils), and comatose vacationer (luxurious showers and comfy beds) after days of action and awe. Groundskeepers move about as quiet as churchmice keeping the greenery under control and flourishing. We love it here

We had an excellent stay in this unit! The location is quiet and private and the unit is finished nicely, was stocked with practical necessities and had a great, spacious layout. It was our understanding some other units in this complex were sub par; however, our unit was great! The private beach with views, the community bbq/patio area, along with the two pools were additional important factors with our decision to stay here. Our host was also accommodating for us. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

Enjoyed our stay here for one week with my family. Condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Bonus was all the beach equipment so you don’t need to rent or buy anything. Parking is hit or miss in the complex, but not a big deal overall. Would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in Kona

This was a girls vacation for me and my 2 daughters. The accommodations were perfect for us with plenty of space and very clean. We enjoy doing some cooking and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lanai and the saltwater pool was amazing! Perfect Get away

The property is beautiful with two pools, a common area cabana with clean and well maintained grills and a beach area for watching sunsets. The unit is perfectly situated by the pool and steps to the cabana for coffee in the morning or to grill with family and friends. We enjoyed every part of our stay but especially the lanai. We would definitely stay again.

The rental provided everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The unit is clean, quiet, and well-stocked.
