From the time we stepped onto the property we felt at home. The pictures did not show the complete beauty of the property. My family and grandkids enjoyed the stay and loved every minute. The pool and game room were great, the grounds were beautiful. Beth was a great host. Everything was there that we needed. I would recommend this property for any family that want to spend quality time together. Great place to relax and enjoy family.

Amazing stay in a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this spacious and impeccably clean home in Kona. I traveled with my parents, my husband, our son, and nephew—and there was more than enough room for all of us to feel comfortable and relaxed.The house was extremely well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch—from a fully stocked kitchen to an incredible collection of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.), which made our beach days so easy and fun.One of the standout features was the pool—it was huge and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. And every evening, we were treated to the most stunning sunset views over the ocean. Absolutely breathtaking!This property truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!Mary Beth was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had and so kind.

Celebrating 40th Birthday in Kona!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We came to Kona to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family of 5 and both grandma's. We had never been to Kona before, turns out this house is in the best location! Close to the beach and little beach town, and close to grocery stores. The house knocked it out of the park with amenities, even makeup wipes in the bathrooms! Our kids loved the HUGE pool and pingpong and beach toys! Us moms loved the fresh fruit trees, we were in heaven with fresh fruits in the morning! And even though we didn't come to Hawaii to watch TV, it did happen to be Super Bowl weekend, and the TV in the living room was fabulous! The Kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed. This house was very clean too, everything was fresh and stocked, and you could see the attention to detail everywhere! My favorite part of our stay was the lanai, every morning and every evening this where my mom and I would be, staring at the ocean and the gorgeous pool, listening to the birds, it was truly paradise. I would highly recommend this house to families, and travelers who want a close drive to the action on Kona, and a relaxing stay for the whole family to enjoy. Thank you so much to our hosts!

Feels like home !

This home has everything you need for your vacation ! Location is very convenient close to downtown shopping and dining . A million dollar view to wake up and see every morning while you do your pilates or yoga or simply sip on your morning cup of juice or coffee.Cleanines is a must when I look for home and let me tell you this home is immaculate.On the plus side , you will have your beach towels, chairs, umbrella to take along to the beach . Super convenient! If you want to chill at home, you got a decent size pool , lounge chair and a ping pong table . Plus, there’s mouthwatering fruits( papaya, lemons , oranges ) within your reach to enjoy while you tan by the pool . This home has host but don’t let this scare you !The host is not there to spy on you, instead she makes sure you stay is as comfortable as it can be . So we appreciated a prompt response to anything we needed. Thank you Mary Beth ! We loved our stay and we will be back !

Amazing Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked, with fresh fruit growing in the garden, and conveniently located near all the amenities. And the view is spectacular! I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic family holiday on the Big Island

Stayed 5nights in this amazing house. Only 4 adults so able to spread out amongst the 3 bedrooms. Gorgeous views from the lanai and front bedrooms. Mornings were spent looking out over the ocean and listening to the birds and evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. Very thoughtful planning of facilities for guests to enjoy on a home stay vacation. From a very well stocked kitchen (the two ovens were very useful) cooler bags for day trips, beach chairs and equipment and a variety of chairs and lounges to just chill and relax. The pool was large and very relaxing to swim in. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we come back to the Big Island.

Amazing stay in Kona

My family and I had an incredible holiday stay in Kona. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen (including spices!) to a ping pong table, pool gear, and even travel beach chairs. It truly felt like a home away from home, which is rare for rental properties. Mary Beth went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even checking in to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend her listing to anyone visiting the Big Island!
