Great location

The room has been updated and is very nice. Pool is a little small but didn't seem to have many people using it. Short walk (3 blocks) to Kona strip but at night the road is very dark and no sidewalks. Make to take a small flashlight.

Loved that it was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and spacious. Loved that it had two bathrooms, even though it was only my husband and I. Would stay here again.

Kona 1 bedroom suite

Kona Pacific one bedroom suite was very clean, well stocked with kitchenware, roomy and nicely decorated. The King bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great as after a day at beach, it was wonderful to cool down. There’s also 2 bathrooms in the suite. We used the pool and barbecue area a couple times and they were well maintained. The condo is in within walking distance to downtown Kailua where there’s a good selection of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed breakfast on the roomy lanai every morning which a had a partial view of the ocean. Overall a well maintained condo which we would stay at again. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It is very spacious and having two bathrooms was wonderful! There is a large balcony the stretches outside the living room and the bedroom.. The place is very nicely decorated, well stocked with items and it felt very comfortable being there..

Beautiful Condo

We found the property extremely clean and well appointed with all the beach and cooking equipment one would ever need. We loved the two bathrooms and the wonderful big patio deck for early morning and evening suppers. While the property was wonderful we found the property manger difficult to work with after a bedroom ceiling light that was on a remote would randomly come on at all times of the night. This was very traumatizing to my fiancé based on a previous life experience Finally after many calls and two visits this light was disconnected based on an understanding the light and fan were being controlled by a neighboring remote. With all this said we will be returning. Mahalo.

Awesome Big Island Stay

Beautiful accommodations. 2 full baths and full kitchen. The unit looks almost brand new. Lots of space and the balcony was huge (10’x30’ I’d say) with nice furniture and access from the living room and bedroom. You can see the ocean when lying in the master bed! Buildings across the parking lot but no real windows in them so it was actually quite private. We were just 2 adults but there was a pull-out couch but I didn’t look at the quality however with two full baths it’d be great for two couples. I had rented a Ford Edge which fit in the parking spot no problem. This place was a gem! Not a bug seen.

Overall a good stay, we have stayed in another unt in this complex before. Good location, nice pool. Only complaints are minor, poor kitchen layout, fridge door doesn't even open 90 degrees and the bedroom AC is noisy and discharges its' condensate on the lanai.

Great Stay in Kona

This unit is excellent. I love that it has AC as some units I have rented in the past in Hawaii do not. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The owner even had a congratulations gift for us that had several thoughtful things in it that was much appreciated. It was very convenient having 2 bathrooms so both my wife and I could get ready at the same time. The only point of confusion for me was how to unload our stuff. It took me a minute to find the assigned parking space and it was not very convenient to bring things in and out if you have a lot of stuff. If you simply have 1 suitcase though, this will not be an issue for you at all. All in all, we loved the property and fell in love with the Big Island and hope to be back!

The condo unit was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Everything in Kona town is within a short walk and the location off the main drag is perfect as you avoid the crowds of people and vehicle traffic on Ali'i Drive. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property

This property is the best I’ve ever used. Location is walking distance to Kona town. The decor is so well done, you really feel like you are staying in someone’s HOME. Everything you need is here, from the kitchen necessities, the luxury of two bathrooms, the recreation equipment. Coolers, fins, boogie boards, water shoes, it had it all! Even covered parking. Highly recommended!!
