Fantastic Condo to stay in. Beautiful views and great location. Hosts were very helpful. Only thing missing is some nice comfortable lounge chairs to lay on the Lanai. Also a better table so you can eat dinner etc on the Lanai. The view is so good to waste being inside. It was clean and tidy and air cons were great.

Disappointing stay at the lovely ocean condo

I had a disappointing experience during my stay in this unit. Communication with the host was great and the check in process was easy with the detailed instructions. Upon entering the condo, it appeared to be clean and the pictures of the unit were accurate. Later that evening, I noticed two live cockroaches in the kitchen. A half hour later, another one went across the living room wall. There were signs on the counter advising not to leave any food out because of ant issues. After seeing the third cockroach, I decided to move to a nearby hotel. I let the host know what happened and he wanted me to come back to the unit after a company sprayed that morning. As it was my last day in Hawaii and I already wasted two hours switching hotels (incurring more expenses too), I respectfully declined to return. I cannot recommend this unit due to these sanitary issues. This was a very disappointing way to end my trip to the Big Island.

MOST COMFORTABLE CONDO

My wife and I were on our first visit to Hawaii and booked this condo for three nights (as we had stayed in the South of the Island for two nights). We were in constant touch with the owner, Mr. Harpreet Singh, who was patient and most helpful. This is probably the first place (that we have stayed over the years) where the closet space was just excellent as we could easily park our two large suitcases and two strollers. In fact, the closet space is big enough to park few more suitcases. A king-size bed, AC/Fan, large kitchen, a nice dining area, clean bathroom/toilet, washer/dryer as well as a large living space make up this Condo. The kitchen is incredibly modern with all amenities making it thoroughly comfortable. A clearly marked parking spot and proximity to most things including few beaches makes this Condo a most sough-after place. Coupled with it is the helpful host who is there to help/guide you through the process. We highly recommend this place to future visitors and strongly suggest renting it for a minimum of three nights. GANESH & VIDHYA

Great all the way around!

We loved this condo! It is very clean with all new decor and air conditioning. The fold out couch worked perfect for our two kids (6 and 2). Being on the ground floor was also a big plus with the kids. It was supplied with everything we needed, including some keiki plates/cups/bowls, without a ton of clutter. Ali’i Villas is a perfect central location, and the pool was family friendly and never overcrowded. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Excellent condo, excellent location

Excellent place. Immaculately kept, tastefully furnished and well stocked anticipating all guest needs. Brand new and very comfortable furniture. Kitchen has everything one has at home. Ocean is 20 steps from the patio. Very convenient to all activities. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
