The Hualalai Resort Spa will be undergoing enhancements to the outdoor aqua-thermal areas of both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. During this time, massage, body, and facial treatments will be temporarily relocated to the Makaloa Villa. Guests will continue to have access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pool, with a temporary cold plunge and infrared sauna also available near the Spa Lap Pool.

During this annual Hualalai Resort event, select resort amenities may be limited or restricted for residential rental guests. Please inquire prior to booking if your stay falls within these dates.

Don’t miss the Sunrise

From epic sunrises every morning to the speedy golf carts. The property has it all. Snorkeling equipment to beach chairs. We paid for the daily Four Seasons resort access so we could book cabanas and golf. Not sure it is needed. 78 degrees is cool for the pool. We paid to heat the pool. You can hear the ocean from the house. Watched whales breach almost every day. We did the grocery delivery for daily breakfast. Highly recommend Kaie. Pool is shaded by 3:00 every day. Think about pool floats (we brought several) but there are a few here too! Had an issue with a shower not working but the property manager resolved it very swiftly. No complaints. The bar is set high with this one.

Great gathering spot

This is the perfect house for a small gathering. It has large open spaces and lots of seating for dining. It does stay in the shade all day which we loved.

Very nice property

The property is very nice. It’s all the things that the description states. The house is well equipped and has a great manual for most of the information needed to use or find things related to the house/pool and the area. We had a few issues with the refrigerator, ice maker and spa upon arrival. A text to the property management got quick responses and had them repaired within a few hours. We were surprised by the size of the pool, it’s quite small. The pictures make it look larger than it really is. We had six adults in our group and it felt cramped. It’s also shaded 90% of the day so it stays cool. They do heat the pool to 85 degrees but it’s still cold since it’s in the shade. However, we were there for the ocean. The only real negative was the maintenance schedule for the house and golf course which probably cannot be controlled but should be mentioned. Tuesday the golf course did maintenance ALL day, (mowing, blowing, vacuuming, then more blowing, more mowing, more vacuuming). Wednesday, the house landscapers came at 8 am and finished around noon. Thursday the pool maintenance guys came around 9 am and spent 3 hours there, (again, it’s a very small pool and spa). So, plan your excursions accordingly because relaxing with morning coffee on the porch was not as enjoyable as one would hope for on vacation in beautiful Hawaii! All in all, it’s a very nice home.

Perfect property! We rented three places for an extended family reunion, and this was the favorite. Great patio and BBQ, and house/kitchen wonderfully appointed. The Xtra fast cart was a hit too! It's for sale- if only I had an extra four million laying around.....

Fabulous House

This is a rare instance in which the pictures simply don't do the house justice. The entry way has lush tropical foliage and made us smile when we first arrived and every single time we came home. The living spaces are enormous and beautifully decorated. The pool and spa are heated and easy to operate. And the golf carts make it so fun to get to the beach, restaurants, and pools. This was an absolutely amazing property!
