calm stay with everything you need

N3 was the perfect spot for us! ---with the shopping mall and grocery store up the hill and the beaches down the hill and all with in walking distance! N3 kitchen was fully equipted with rice maker, slow cooker very nice pots and pans and cookie sheets (no blender) and the best was the reverse osmosis water filter!!! no plastic water bottles for us!! thank you!!The decor and art work was beautiful! water colors, handmade quilting very comfortable hangout...no complaints - would like to return to this unit!!

Had a great time, only complaint the beach chairs could be better ( they are not remotely comfortable and flimsy and the couch is large yet not very comfortable unless you use pillows).

Amazing Kona

From booking to checkin to departure the entire experience with this company and facility was amazing. The neighborhood and condo were fantastic. Clean, quiet, well appointed and close to a lot of the major activities on the Island. Exceeded expectations

We had a group of 6 for a girl's trip. The unit was clean and just as pictured online, but even better. Entering the condo through the front door and seeing the view out the back was a jaw dropping experience. The condo was the perfect size for 6 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the supplies we needed and it was a quiet, relaxing, and safe trip. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!

Home away from home!

This unit was a delight to stay in. Everything was very nice, the StressLess chairs, sit stand desks, great lanais, modern kitchen, etc. all made us feel right at home. The complex is very nicely situated and is our favorite area near Kona. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

A Dream Come True

The condo was clean and all of the basic necessities were provided. The one thing we found odd was that none of the bathroom doors had locks on them. The check-in and check-out process were perfect and we were provided with easy instructions on how to arrive at the property. The pool area was nice and clean too. My family had a great time. The property was just as described. The kitchen was stocked and there was plenty of room to stretch out. Very nice views. Communication with Kona Coast was great and they made a last minute accomodation for us. Highly recommend.

Great location and property

Very nice location and property. Unit was very well equipped for our longer 10+ day stay. Close to shopping and within walking distance of ocean. Outside areas could have been cleaned better; however, grill was a great touch. Be advised, unless you have a small compact car, the garage will not be usable; however, ample outside parking. Overall great stay.

Wonderful Location, Beautiful Space, Clean

The place is in a great location with a grocery store, gas station, and all the essentials just around the corner. It's spacious and clean. We cooked and ate in several nights and appreciated the nice cookware and dishes. The neighbors (who seem to be permanent residents) were super nice. Recommend a stay here. We'll try to be back.

Nice vacation rental

The property was nice and the right size for our group of 5. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for meals and the sunsets were stunning. The unit didn't have extras such as beach gear, games or books. The beach is in a park and only open certain hours. It is nice to drive to it if you can. I would go in morning when water is calmer if wanting to snorkel.

Great Family Spot

We enjoyed our stay here. The complex is well cared for and the condos were perfect for us. I booked two condos in the complex because we had a large family group vacationing with us. Even though the units were on opposite ends of the complex they were still close enough that we still felt like we were staying together.

Girls Trip in Kona

The location was Perfect!! Nestled between all the different beaches/day trips our group wanted to take. Close enough to food and shopping but far enough away from all touristy things. The views were amazing especially at sunset.

Love the view and location

This is the second time we've stayed at the complex and 1st in this condo. I really love the location. It's convenient to everything in Kona and best of all the complex sit next to what I believe is a nature preserve, which means no neighbors on that side and an unobstructed view. The ocean is close enough to hear and the sunsets were gorgeous from the lanai. It's also insanely close to a shopping center (that you can't see, which I prefer) that has a grocery store, drugstore, restaurants and a movie theatre. The hot tub was amazing and we used it every night.

Excellent view and location!

We have been in this resort several times and never had issues with next door residents except this time. Our next door neighbours are the owners of N4 and told us to be quiet by 8:45pm as we were a group of 5 playing cards with some laughter. We were all 55+ and didn’t appreciate staring at the red sign in the planter and notices on the wall with quiet time from 9pm-8am. Our neighbour had his garage door open by 4:30-5:00am most mornings on our 14 day stay having his radio on and using power tools some of those mornings waking up our quest in the bedroom close to his garage. It would have been nice to have some more beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Other than that, the location and view is fabulous and the island has so much to offer. We love this island. I would stay in this resort again as it is maintained beautifully! Communication with Kona vacations was very good!

Quiet, comfortable, and private

We had a great stay here. The property was perfect for 2 couples and a kid, with space to spare. The pool was super nice, especially with a kiddie pool for our 2 yo. The location was convenient to a small grocery/drug store and several small beaches along Ali'i, but about 20-30 min from the main part of town during busy times of day. There were a couple things in the rental that could do with replacing (warped/scratch non-stick pans/griddle, uncomfortable/worn couch), but generally we had what we needed. There was conflicting information on the front door lock code we received within the email and app (2 different codes were provided, one for a sledge lock that had apparently been replaced), so hopefully they get that corrected. I would advise future renters to pack in some basic food items if you plan on cooking (ie spices/salt/pepper you anticipate needing only small amounts of) as there was NO food/spices stocked or left from guest-to-guest as we have found elsewhere and food on the island is $$$. Guessing it's a local rental code requirement.
