Beautiful Banyans Beach is mere steps across the street from this thoughtfully updated studio condo in Kailua-Kona. Enjoy a private lanai with a view of the ocean through the palms - a wonderful spot for everything from morning coffee to tropical cocktails at sunset.

This studio sits on the second floor of Kona Bali Kai, a complex with its own outdoor pool, hot tub, oceanfront picnic area with gas grills (across the road), laundry room, and free parking. You'll find a stop for the Kona trolley practically out front and great surfing at Banyans just steps away. It's a prime location only three-quarters of a mile from Pāhoehoe Beach Park, one mile from Magic Sands Beach Park, and two miles from the heart of Kona town.

After a day spent surfing, boogie boarding, or swimming in the community pool, come home to kick back on the lanai, relax in the cool breeze, and take in a gorgeous sunset over the Pacific.

Very Tight Quarters
The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was perfect. The location was nice however the road is very busy. The downside: getting out of the king bed near the wall was difficult. It’s a very tight space. There are no places to hang towels inside. This is not for 4 people unless 2 are toddlers. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (9yr old) and due to space we had to share the king bed with one child. There was nowhere to put our luggage either which was a challenge. I recommend this property for 2 people but not for 4.

Great stay here.
The unit was just as advertised. We has some sea view. Our favourite part was being able to take our morning coffee over to the waters edge, sit in a nice chair, and watch the surfers near by. We had a wonderful stay. Oh, the bed was comfy.

The place is modern, clean and well located. We rented a car, so quite easy to go to Kona or beaches around. We were in building 6, just need to cross the street to have access to the pool and amazing sunset
