Hassle free get away

Our group of six were comfortable in our 3 night stay. Well maintained house and very clean. Close drive to lots of restaurants, shopping, beach, and amenities. Steep driveway and shared garage with neighbor. Easy Check in and out. Would stay there again.

Perfect Rental

This property was perfect for our family! It accommodated our 6 adults and two year old grandson. We felt very much at home during our 10 day stay. The location was central to downtown, beaches, and other adventures we wanted to explore. The house was in a neighborhood and had water views in the distance. We would definitely rent this property again!

Loved the patio

We enjoyed the ocean views and relaxing nights out on the patio. Also we're very grateful for the beach gear available to use. The neighbor next door was very kind as well! Gave us some great tips and brought some flowers to my little girls that smelled amazing.

Excellent location for all that we wanted to do on the Kona side. Could see the ocean from front and from the upstairs bedroom balconies. Ate breakfast outside every morning on provided picnic table....LOVED THAT! We found the house had several things that weren't mentioned which was AWESOME!: beach towels, boogie boards (2), beach chairs (3), ice chest, and all the soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, etc. that we needed. Right side of the garage is for parking. Laundry has outside access...the far left door. A/C worked great! Friendly neighbor who was helpful giving us tips for where to go.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you plan on hanging out at this house with more than five people,don't rent. House is smaller than it looks. Driveway is very steep making it hard to back our expedition down and lined with boulders that were too close to the sides of the driveway. Neighbor were loud at 6:45 a.m. short-term rental agreement certificate was expired and there was a melted piece of siding near the edge of the house which I have pictures of both things. The positive:There is a great view from the upper deck and air conditioning in every room that kept it nice and cool.
