The Pineapple- Cozy condo in the heart of Kona

Newly renovated studio condo with A/C and is across from the beach. Right in the middle of Kona, It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and stores.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen size bed, 65"tv , New couch and free Wifi

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator & sink, but there is no stove. It has an electric skillet, Hot Plate with Pots/Pans, Toaster, Microwave and Crock Pot for cooking.

Old Hawaiian style hotel that has been converted into studio-type condo units. Lovely, well-maintained tropical grounds and pool area. Perfect for our teo week stay!

Great location. Cute Unit. Parking was TERRIBLE The day we arrived we had to park 3 blocks away on a busy street. The original description did not say parking was a problem. It was not until I received a follow up note that we were told it was limited parking.

Beautiful Condo filled with Aloha

This condo was amazing ocean front. We enjoyed watching the waves and sunsets. Was nicely stalked with lots of extras. It had plenty beach supplies, cooler. Snorkel etc. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely return to this little gem.

Pro. Nice unit, clean and close to beach and restaurants. Con. Our reservation was not entered into the system upon our arrival. The desk clerk made a call to correct the issue. However, since our reservation was not in the system the room was not placed on a clean schedule so we had to wait for housekeeping to clean before check in. The wall unit air conditioner is extremely loud.

Perfect for what we needed

We spent the night in Kona before traveling to Pahoa. This property was perfect for what we needed. Very small, I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night or 2. It had everything we needed, staff on location was very friendly. The only downfall was we had to haul our heavy suitcases up 3 floors of stairs (and down the next morning). An elevator would have been nice, however not the worst thing ever. Farmers market is super close also which was nice to walk to. Would stay again if in the area for a quick stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Pineapple Cozy Condo very much. Check in only took a minute, literally. Staff very friendly and helpful. The property is a Hawaiian Garden Oasis with a small pool. Very quiet place and my room was clean and comfy with everything I needed. There is a whole food restaurant on the premises which is a gem of a place as I’m predominantly vegan. Walking distance to cute little sandy beaches and easy access to transportation to get you anywhere you want to go. I will definitely return here for quiet R&R.

Pretty little place

Had a great time here. Centrally located just off the beach and the middle of town. My wife was playing in a softball tournament at Old Kona Airport so it was just a mile or two away. Kitchen a bit on the small side but very doable. Missing from add is that unit is on third floor with no elevator, so be aware of that, but if you have no problem with stairs this is an ideal place for you Also parking is limited in the development but we were able to find parking just up the street with no problem. Thanks for a great time

Cute unit

Great little unit. Perfect for one or couple. Big frig. Nice size shower. Comfortable mattress. Alot of extras, beach chair, drying rack etc. Couple minor issues tv remote wouldnt let me channel up or down. Cleaning lady came early because she didnt verify my check out time. Overall i would stay there again.

Short review

It had been amazing working with Dustin. Everything we needed to have or use was available for us. The room is the perfect size for 3 guest. And the decor is wonderful. I would recommend this room to anyone who is thinking about staying in Kona and needing a spot near the ocean and hubbed in the center of downtown.

Fantastic place to stay

Our stay was awesome! So close to all the shops and restaurants in Kona. The room was spacious and a great spot to hangout and escape the heat for a bit! All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking!

EZ Access to EZ Livin'

Clean comfortable unit close to all that the area has to offer. Walking distance to beach, vendors, stores and restaurants. Dustin was a great host.
