Arrived at this hotel at 2am in the morning. Left the hotel at before 7am for business. It’s only for small 5 hours. Our credit card was charged $250 dollars for alleging us stolen pillows and beddings. We called the hotel why we are charged at first they said we are smoking in the room and then changed the story and said we stole pillows and beddings. We never gotten any results for the complaint we made.

Didn’t list the pool was closed on hotels.com. Light in the bathroom barely worked and couldn’t see anything. Right side of bed sat lower than the left side. Security door on the side of the building wasn’t locked,so anyone could walk in.

Very dated building needs a major remodel our room did not have a toilet paper holder you could see where there used to be one. Room was clean for the most part just old bathroom fixtures that need attention.

Road noise from I94 was terrible all night long. The hotel only had a dozen guest cars in the lot so they could have put us in a room on the backside of the building, not the front side nearest the freeway.

Hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The pool was closed for repairs, but was not told about the repairs when I made my reservation. Our room was missing the curtains on the window, so I had to hang a blanket on the window.

It was ok.

It was ok. It would have been nice to know that they were renovating, which is very much needed. The elevator sounded sketchy and it was just very outdated. The bed and sheets were very uncomfortable. The highway is right next to the hotel and it was so loud and hard to sleep. I can see they are investing into the renovation, and I would be curious to see how it is after. The staff was very friendly.
