Stunning 5 bed / 3.5 bath Lake House. This 4,700 SF home, located on a quiet street, sits on a double lot with over 200 feet of private Chief Lake frontage and its own sandy beach area. Spend the day on the waterâthe home is fully equipped with 5 adult kayaks, 4 youth kayaks, a canoe, 2 âGreat Lakesâ paddleboards, and a 4-person paddle boat. Later, unwind by the outdoor fire pit or take in the view from the expansive 2,000 SF custom decks with comfortable seating and panoramic lake views.
When youâre ready for indoor fun, the home features two fireplaces and a spacious lower-level entertainment area with a movie space, air hockey, ping pong, super stick hockey, board games, an NBA arcade-style game, and Pac-Man.
In summer, life moves outside. After a swim or paddle, grill on the deck, lounge on the beach, or enjoy dinner overlooking the lake with seating for up to 14. Evenings end perfectly around the fire pit as the sun sets across the peaceful, private shoreline.

Cook in the gourmet kitchen or grill out on the patio. In the newly remodeled kitchen, stainless steel appliances and stone countertops invite your inner chef out to play in the modern kitchen. Plenty of cookware and gadgets are on hand. Coffee maker (both regular and Nespresso), toaster, blender, hand mixer, etc.
When itâs time to eat, gather at the dining table or take the meal outside and enjoy two separate dining tables on the deck overlooking the lake, with seating for 12-14.
BED & BATH
Each bathroom has been completely renovated, complete with fresh new towels. The home accommodates 14 guests in 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. For the bedrooms:

If you or other guests like to fish, the lake is primarily known for Pike, Bass, and Crappie. If you own a boat, the lake has a public boat ramp just a 2-minute drive from the home.
