Quiet and Safe

Olive Garden is my go to hotel in Kampala because it is safe, in a very quiet neighborhood, moderately priced relative to chain hotels and the major hotels downtown, and the staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. When I ask for assistance for anything the staff is ready to help with a smile.

Regret

Staff on board are not reliable. Bathroom shower comes in drops. not enough towels, only one towel per family. Restaurant service is not good. The only good in this hotel is the Neighborhood.
