Where to begin.... -3 out of the 4 restaurants were closed -Cigarette butts everywhere outside; people just throwing them in the dirt -First room was dungy and outdated -Had to move to a second room due to AC leak; process was quick and smooth (great staff!) -Entire facility smelled of old smoke; paint peeling -AC in the second room barely kept up to the set 70-degrees -Price doesn't include the resort fee; even though site says "all feed included" -Entryway had the heat blasting when it was already 90-degrees outside -Main sidewalk has a bunch of bird droppings on it you had to walk through

When we first got to the hotel we were unable to check in due to system being down which ok computers go down but when we asked if they could call us when we could check in, they refused and said “no we will not call you, you will need to come back to the front desk every 30 minutes” to see if they can check us in. Then when we got to our room we had no phone service and the WiFi did not work. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

The hotel was okay except they are advertising 6 restaurants and not mention the they combined all of them into one which is not organized at all. Future construction in the building is going to be a real problem and construction on roads all around.weshould have been told and that is on Hotel.com

Outside of how badly the casino smells…. The room was fine. So if you go to a casino for the room only you are in luck. Otherwise wear nose plugs
