"The hotel’s front office and housekeeping staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel’s location was also excellent for most of the historic sites such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, Underground Cisterns, Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were all very happy with our experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel has two buildings located just one street apart. Breakfast is served in the secondary building, but it was only a short walk, and one of the staff members even walked us over on our first morning to make sure we didn’t get lost. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The location was another highlight. It’s just steps from Galata Tower and Galataport, and only a pleasant walk across the bridge to Istanbul’s historic attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."
