Booked a double room and I got a King (3 People!)

Pros: The facility is nice and clean. The front desk personnel were very nice, apologetic and sympathetic to my issue but it did not change the situation
Cons: Work on the person responsible for keeping happy customers. No excuse for not calling me right away. Replace the missing weights in the gym.
Location: Good location with just about every kind of food and stores around
After a very long drive we arrived around 10:30 pm. All of us very tired and ready for a good nights sleep. There was 3 of us. I booked a double bed room. When we opened the door we found only a king bed. Called down to the front desk and they told us the hotel was sold out and there were no doubles available. The Manager stated that the day shift had made a mistake and put us in a king room. Nothing they could do. He gave me a number to call to complain. No one answers the phone and then the voicemail does not acknowledge that you have reached the company. It just repeats the number and tells you to leave a message. During the check out process the next morning the front desk person stated they left a note for the person responsible for handling complaints. She stated that there was another lady also upset because the same thing happened to her. It has been 2 days now and no one has called. I think some kind of compensation like a free night is in order. I travel all over the U.S. and Katy is one of my regular stops.

Convenient to restaurants and highways.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better.
Location: Denny's, shopping, Starbucks
Just there one night, but the room was spacious enough to make it pleasant for an extended stay. Breakfast was mostly starch (the croissants were dried out) and the eggs were some kind of pre-made egg patty.

Fake charges on Bill

Hotel is clearly needing money. I was charged $250 for smoking even though I do not smoke. I stay over 100 nights a year at Marriot and the first time I have ever been charged a smoking fee WHY because I dont smoke. Manager called me a liar. Stay away!!! they are fraudulently charging people.
