Lake Michigan cottage, located halfway between Traverse City and Charlevoix

Located halfway between Traverse City and Charlevoix, approximately 200 + feet of private Lake Michigan frontage, western exposure, outstanding sunsets. Cottage will sleep 4 comfortably, ideal for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, very large deck. The loft with king size mattress requires going up a 5 step built in ladder and may not be suitable for some people. All water related toys are welcome, no dirt bikes/ATV's or motorcycles of any kind. This is a non smoking cottage

You will need to bring your own towels and linens, there are pillows. All cooking utensils are in the cottage, glasses, dishes, knives , forks, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. NON SMOKING.

Pets are welcome, there is a $50.00 fee for each pet you bring. Wireless internet and Cable TV as well.

30 day minimum stay. Longer term seasonal discounted rates available.
