Welcome to "Tranquility"! This 1750 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom, premier oceanfront condo is located within the exclusive community of Key Colony Beach, Florida. "Tranquility" is located on the top floor of an elevated three floor building offering elevator access and single floor living space. Beautifully appointed, the open floor layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas allowing ample space for entertaining and family fun! The bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the living area allowing privacy for all guests.
Floor to ceiling windows and doors allow walkout access from both the living and bedroom areas. Step out onto the 300 square foot, oceanfront balcony to experience turquoise waters, and breathtaking panoramic sunset views.
The master bedroom suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, en suite with dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Step out to the oceanfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night cocktail to be met with stunning views!
The colorful guest bedroom offers two double beds, dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

Wonderful stay, Beautiful view

The property was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Keys. The balcony was right on the Ocean with the most beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The pool area was very nice and you have a view of the ocean from there as well. If I return to the keys this is where I will stay.
