The home has smart tvs in all of the bedrooms, living room and patio. The patio has motorized screens for your privacy or to enjoy the view whether the screens are up or down. There is a 40' dock for the convenience of your boat right behind the home and just one canal away from Adams Cut for easy access the ocean side.
