It is a great last stopover in our way to Key West .we love checking in and heading to the tiki hut for a banana daiquiri before walking along the dock for dinner. Perfect!

My room had a leak from the upstairs bathroom, there was black hair in the bathtub and I am blonde. There was a dead (stomped) roach on the bathroom floor that someone killed and didn’t bother to pick u. Then when we went to take a shower, there was no hot water. They sent the maintenance man who said he turned the hot water heater up, but there was still no hot water after 30 minutes. I called and told them that the room was terrible and that we needed some money back and they actually said that they would give me all of my money back, but that I would have to check out immediately and this was at 9 PM. My son and I did check out immediately and went to a much better hotel located right next-door. It was even better priced and I will never ever go back to not just that Holiday Inn, but any Holiday Inn in the future. I paid almost $500 for the night for the worst hotel I have ever stayed in albeit ver briefly. The nighttime desk manager failed to remedy the situation and instead acted as though a $500 a night room is something that I should have expected no hot water, dead roaches, etc.

$400+ per night for room doors that open to the outdoors. 1970's style motel. No microwave in rooms. No complimentary breakfast. Bathtub took hours to drain after shower. Wifi was terrible- had to Hotspot my phone to watch tv. Small warm exercise room with some older machines and no fans. Helpful and friendly staff!

Staff was great. Room was not what I thought I was going to get. I didn’t reserve a room to look out at parking lot. And floor was filthy. They said I reserved a room for handicapped but I did not do that. But we did enjoy our stay. Probably be more careful with holiday in. Stays from now on

We liked the location for what we had planned. The property was decent and what we expected. The only thing we did not like was our room was by the parking lot and was a bit noisy in the morning.
