From your balcony in the Kawama Tower, you get stunning vistas of ocean and palm trees. Enjoy the view from this completely renovated fourth-story unit, while enjoying the luxury within. Enjoy the modern kitchen with granite countertops, tile, and all brand new appliances. The floors throughout the living area of this two-bedroom, two bath unit are brand new Travertine stone, making them not only comfortable, but clean and healthy. The unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, right down to the leather furniture in the living room.

After watching one of the vivid sunsets the Florida Keys are famous for, whip up a gourmet meal in the gorgeous kitchen, or venture out to try one of the fantastic restaurants in Key Largo.

The Kawama is located in the Kawama Yacht Club, a gated community with 24-hour security right on the ocean in the town of Key Largo. If you plan on exploring the area in your own boat, you will have free use of the ramp. For larger craft, please contact us for information on renting a slip at our marina with direct access to the ocean.

The place was nice and well decorated. Has nice access to a pool and a nice walk to the ocean. It was great also having 2 full baths. Also liked having a security gate to get into the complex with added security. The only issues the king bed was too hard to sleep on comfortably and could benefit from a cushioned mattress cover. Also some of the pans in the kitchen were not so great to cook with.

The condo is perfect, comfortable for our family of six, and the property is lovely, with great tennis courts and pools. The marina is gorgeous, and it is centrally located and close to everything you need. Can't recommend highly enough. Kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean and safe. Great property.

Amazing

We came down to the keys from Buffalo with our kids to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and everything was amazing!! The pictures dont do it justice. We sat on the balcony every morning and every evening. We were there for the 4th and there was fireworks everywhere. The jetty is a great walk and and saw so many lizards and iguanas that our kids thought were awesome. Everyone there was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again when its time for our next florida vacation!!

Exactly as described!

The unit is in the condo tower of a very nice property. The property is amazing - the lagoon was a huge hit with the kids. The fish are beautiful and very used to humans so you can snorkel right there with them. The unit is well appointed and beds were comfortable. Very spacious! My only complaint is that it was a little dusty - blinds were coated in dust and there were big dust bunnies when I moved a dresser to get to a plug . Not a huge deal, the floors were clean in general!

A Perfect Location

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The unit itself is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It’s clean, well furnished and offered plenty of space for my wife and I and our two girls. The view from the living room just doesn’t get old. It was so refreshing to look out the window and see the beautiful water. This private community is perfect for relaxation and fun. The Kawama tower has its own heated at pool. Just behind the pool, you arrive at the private jetty/marina. There are several tables as you approach the jetty where one can sit and take in the beautiful views of the water.If you have young children like us, there are many options very closely for entertainment. We took them to the Jacob’s Aquatic Center, located about 1 mile down the road. There’s a splash pad area and shallow pool for the kids. There’s also a lap pool for those who want to get serious exercise. It should be noted that you have to pay to get in (30 for our family for the day). Right next to the pool area, there’s a public playground. We also took advantage of a glass bottom boat tour which departs from the Holiday Inn about 2 miles away. It was great fun. If you’re looking for a comfortable space with great views and entertainment nearby, this is a great choice. I highly recommend.

The Key to a great vacay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Having all the amenities on property was a highlight for our family. Michael was an excellent host and his place felt like home. Would love to stay here again in the future. Boat slips are hard to come by if you don’t plan ahead well enough!!

Clean, beautiful view & location

This property was secure and well maintained. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. We are a family of 6. The photo of the bathroom with the bidet is not in this condo, but there are 2 full bathrooms. Just wanted to point that out, as you could think there may be three based on the photos. The communication was great with both owner & the property manager. I definitely recommend!

Perfect location Key Largo Marina

Updated, and a great location at a Key Largo Marina . Plentiful privacy with beautifully maintained grounds. Our rented unit 409 met all expectations . Great AC and amenities. Light and airy and very comfortable to come back to after all your planned outdoor activities and close to some hidden great seafood restaurants. Highly recommend 😊. Great location in Key Largo

The Kawama Yacht Club is a great location. The property has a ton of space with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the view. The shared common areas are well taken care of. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. WIFI worked great. The elevator was easy to use. There were stairs if you preferred to add a daily workout.

Holiday stay

The property was exactly as noted. Everything we needed was on hand. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed over the holiday (Christmas to new year) and made our own large christmas meal with no issues. Accommodations & location were excellent. Updated unit. With perfect space for our family of 5. Private area for renters/ owners in the beach area, multiple pools, lagoon and playset all a plus on grounds. quick access to excellent restaurants locally and grocery in key largo. The owner Mike, was also wonderful all the way though. As a mom of 3 traveling over the holidays I had questions and wanted to ensure we had everything needed. Mike was responsive to all questions. Promptly and thoroughly. Diane who cleans was also wonderful and ever so helpful with check out needs. Laundry right on site a big plus! We needed a low key vacation with lots of options locally and that’s what we got. We will be back! Already booked our next stay!

Easy stay for a dive trip

This condo worked excellent for a trip to Key Largo to become dive certified. Super convenient to everything in Key Largo. The condo was clean and cool - a nice treat after a hot day at the sea. We didn't cook, but we had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast and enjoy snacks in the evening. Parking was easy. Upon departure, we spoke to the cleaning team who was very kind. The only suggestion would be a better variety of pillows.

The condo was nice! Be aware that you will need $300,000 in liability coverage for your boat in order to bring it on their property. We were not told this and had to leave our boat on the side of the road. I just called my insurance company and increased it. But it’s not stated anywhere! Other than that it was decent!

This is our second year at this property. The owner and cleaning staff are extremely accommodating. Lovely unit with nice updates. Spacious, plenty of room for two families. Really nice outdoor spaces, grills and chairs. Great place to watch sunrise/sunset. The only negative I see is parking. Property is located in front of a marina. Boat trailers have designated parking but, flow over into car parking so I can be difficult to find a spot.

Nice Condo

We were two families with 5 adults, a teenager, and an 11 year old. The condo suited our specific needs as we were looking for a “base” with 2 full bathrooms and a pool. We did not cook meals at the condo, so we really can’t speak to any of the kitchen implements. The balcony only has room for 4 chairs, and there is a great sunrise view over the water. The parking was adequate and the pool was nice. Diane was a pleasure to deal with and check in/out couldn’t have been easier.
