It needs a little updating but it was clean and fun to watch the boats come and go and listen to the live band at restaurants across the canal

The rooms are spacious and very recently and tastefully refurbished. Great balconies and marina view. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the building was however a bit run down and there was debris, stored "materials" and other stuff everywhere especially around the parking spaces. Very small pool area always full of kids and a bit unusable. I would definitely stay again, if I'll be away during the day, otherwise not a hanging out property.

Room was more a one-bedroom apartment. Lots if space; outfitted kitchen--suitable for a one week stay. Bed very comfortable; plenty of hot water. Nice view from little balcony. We loved it!
