We have stayed at Waterside 3 times now. Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean upon arrival. Perfect location for divers being right beside Rainbow Reef docks. Pool is nice and clean. The steps to the bedroom are a bit steep. Overall we like it and will probably return next time we come down to Key Largo.

The rooms were spacious. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for a week or two. Little kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs. Bedroom is upstairs with a bathroom. No elevator so if you have lots of luggage not so great. Overall I would stay there again.

Booked a room for two nights for a handicap room. When we got there, the room did have a ramp going to the room but inside the room the bathroom and kitchenette was on the lower level but the bedroom was on the upper floor. You needed to take a long staircase to the bedroom! NOT FOR A HANDICAP PERSON! The representative for the hotel said she had a different handicap room, but that one the bedroom was on the lower level, and the bathroom was on the upper level with all the stairs again! No way is this Handicap accessible. The representative said she couldn't give a refund. Only the manager could and she wouldn't be in until the next day. Needless to say , we couldn't stay there. Called the next day. First time they hung up on us when they found out who we were. The second time the phone just kept ringing. We waited for awhile and called a third time. This time they answered and gave us another number to call. Some management company. Called them and no results. We did not get our money back even though we did not stay there.
