This townhouse has two private outdoor areas: a deck with outdoor dining for four under a large umbrella and a bistro set for a morning coffee, as well as a side garden with chaise lounges and another outdoor dining table by your own charcoal grill. Whether you are having an intimate cookout of today's fresh catch or a mimosa toast before a day exploring Duval, you'll have plenty of options outside to enjoy.

The living and dining areas are bright and airy with coastal décor and high-end furnishings. Keep the French doors open to enjoy the island breezes even from inside. A sofa and four chairs let the group gather in the living area in front of a flat screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the tools and appliances you'll need to prepare meals at home, and includes plenty of place settings for meals inside or outside. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience.

Within Truman Annex, the Mills Place complex is famous for its history as a former United States Marine Hospital. The units in the Mills Place complex share a large pool that gets plenty of sunlight all day, and is surrounded by comfortable padded chaise lounge chairs. This townhouse is located just down a small path from the pool and includes pool towels to bring with you to enjoy a swim.
