Step up to the elegant, adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion for your dreamy island retreat. Built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons, this architectural beauty will lure you into a whole new world. Equipped with all the comforts of home and modern day perks, these accommodations are sure to impress in the creation of your Key West story. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
A classy composition of historic elegance and serene surroundings create an optimal setting for your R & R. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the tropical views beyond. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Conveniently located on the first level, this king room lies steps away from the sparkling, shared pool. The room is complete with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and ensuite private bathroom with a shower. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room to enjoy the island beauty without having to go too far.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Cool your senses in the pool surrounded by vibrant foliage or catch some rays on the breezy 2nd floor sundeck. These accommodations are conveniently location to all the Duval St. action making a bike ride or stroll the perfect way to get around. Should you have a vehicle, off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Beautiful property and walking/biking distance to just about everything. Mark, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and kept clean. The room itself was a little tight for a 9-day stay.

The room was much smaller than expected but I put on myself for not noticing the sq footage. But the weather had taken a turn to extreme temperatures and wind and there was not any heat available. No space heaters or anything and when I texted them they just said could control the weather and we r a tropical local. We froze all night. Dreadful. But the place was clean and would have been better with warmer weather. Just bad luck

Highly recommend!

We loved everything about Azul! It was exactly as pictured, clean and the description was spot on. The pool was big enough and well maintained. Our bed was super comfortable and our room had everything we needed. I can’t say enough about our host, Liz. To say she was amazing doesn’t say enough. She made sure we were well taken care of and responded to any inquiries we made within minutes. We only had contact with Dan once but we’re also impressed with his customer service skills. He was very kind and considerate. If you are traveling to Key West this is where you need to stay. The house is beautifully kept.

Fantastic

The property was very well kept and was exactly as it was described in the listing. The property management communicated very well prior and the entire time we were guests. Liz also present on property several times throughout the stay and was very engaging and ensured a Fantastic experience. We will definitely stay there again the next time were are in the area.

Lovely little property with a pool. Rooms are somewhat on the small side, but they are very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a couple. Remember that you are in a warm place so you don't need to overpack. We stayed there for 5 days snd only saw a couple of guest in tue pool. Truly quiet and enjoyable. Just be aware that around 6:30 the roosters beging to wake everyone up. Enjoy.

Little piece of paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at Azul! It's in a very cool old mansion conveniently located in Old Town. The restored and well kept common areas add to the ambiance. Although the room was small by modern hotel standards, it was plenty big enough for the 2 of us. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was well appointed with a dresser, 2 night stands, a mini fridge and places to hang clothes. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and beach towels were even provided. There was a water cooler next to the ice machine that we used often! The pool was well maintained and made for a nice dip after a long day at the beach. Best of all, the owners (Liz and Dan) and the management company (Dwell Key West) were very responsive to communication! We loved our trip to Key West and are already planning the next one!

We loved the location and ease of coming and going on the rental bikes we procured a short walk away. The kitchen was great for our breakfasts, and the pool and deck were delightful. Our room was quiet and very comfortable.

Always Love Being in Key West

Lovely pool with little table and chairs outside our door. Big comfortable bed that just fits in the room. Nice lobby area. Easy to rent bikes one block away and go anywhere in Key West

Stayed in Fontana. Quite s small room but the large common areas nearby made it perfect. Pool, kitchen, large deck area, and 3 large common areas were right outside my door. Staff was always welcoming.

Good location and comfortable bed

We could walk to anywhere within 15 min or so. Room was clean, king bed comfortable but room is tight. Bathroom shower valve leaks and toilet seat is loose. (Fontana room)Water in shower went from ice cold to scalding hot a couple of times for my husband. LOVE that an ice machine and filtered water was available! We will definitely be back!
