A SIMPLE GETAWAY

If you are craving a simple yet sensational taste of paradise, look no further. This small but mighty jewel will check all the boxes for your perfect escape. This delightful abode offers picturesque waterfront views, a soothing hot tub and is the perfect spot to decompress and unwind. Located in a small, manufactured home community called "Bone Island'', this home is but a brief 10-15 Uber ride to all the excitement of Key West and the famous Duval Street. Enjoy some of the nearby favorite restaurants such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Head over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
The basic creature comforts are at your fingertips as you ease into tranquility and relaxation in this delightful and newly furnished retreat. After a day of frolicking on sandy beaches and salty waters, settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cooking your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom features a queen bed while the living room offers a queen sofa sleeper. The hall bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Water views for days surround you with decks around the perimeter for lots of enjoyable outdoor living. Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish right off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean, then wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not included--please contact a local marina.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Beautiful sunrises, and great communication with the host which made it a good stay. The place was clean and welcoming, but it did smell musty; most likely because there was mold in the air conditioner. When I requested a second air purifier, we received one the same day which corrected the musty smell. The hot tub had so much chemicals that we were unable to use it. I did like the provided water purifier in the fridge.

We had a lovely time at this little spot. It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved riding bikes down to key west each day for new adventures, it was about a 20-minute bike ride. We saw tons of wildlife and felt surrounded by nature. The hosts were awesome and very nice. I highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful house, everything is very well maintained and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. They allowed us to have a late check-out without charging an extra fee, which we really appreciated. The jacuzzi was a wonderful extra bonus

Overall it was decent stay. Small area in a crowded neighborhood that is set aside for rentals. There is a drop arm gate to go in and out to keep honest people honest, but won’t do much for anybody who is not honest. The rental it’s self does not come stocked with basic commodities that you would find with regular hotel or other rental properties, and this is not discussed in the property listing. My wife’s luggage got delayed for a day which coincidentally had our toiletries in it, and the property not having any commodities, we had to go buy a few things which added to the stress of a long flight, delayed luggage, and flying in later at night. The property offers a concierge service to provide any commodities or reservations for your stay, but after reaching out to them before our arrival, I received no confirmation or response, making the service ineffective. The place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable. It has a great view with a dock on the water and a hot tub. We did not use it during our stay however. So overall I gave it three stars. The host is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Kitchen was stocked with basic cooking utensils and a keurig coffee maker, but no coffee.

A small paradise!

A small paradise, with a great view and the sea breeze on the back patio. Super clean with a very helpful manager that responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The property has all the amenities needed with a mix of modern and retro style. Lovely place with a great location!

Everything was as listed. Clean fresh smell. We stayed a week. We enjoyed our stay. Not a far drive to activities or Duvall Street. Cold A/C, hot shower and hit tub. Would recommend for anyone visiting but not want8ng to right in the middle of night life. Very quiet and cozy.

This property, while affordable, is not worth the money. Very poor quality cabinets, bathroom, furniture, and the sofa bed was virtually unsleepable. While responsive, property manager offered no assistance. Answer to every request - "No".
