Beautiful hotel, pool and hottub area is very inviting. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and stayed stocked. Coffee in the lobby. The parking lot was well lit and in the mornings it has a few deer walking around. We loved our stay here.

Room was clean but on arrival, there was a spray bottle of cleaner left by the bathtub. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good and manager was funny and supportive. The room did have an issue that the carpet needed to be stretched as it was buckling right in the middle of the room. All in all we were happy with our stay. Very convenient location.

When we first arrived late in the evening, there was an odor in the lobby that threw us off.... it was odd and we couldn't quite put our fingers on it. Maybe old smelling. However, when we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, smelled good, the furnishings were adequate and the shower was incredibly powerful and hot. The hotel needs an overall update, but we were 2 miles from Mount Rushmore! And right in the cute little town of Keystone. We slept very comfortably and had a quiet night.
