To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Séjour impeccable

Un Condo trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs de toute les commoditĂ©s et attractions possibles. La cuisine manque lĂ©gĂšrement d’équipement (presse-agrume par exemple :) ) et il faut bien reconnaĂźtre que des body-boards (type Morey) Ă  disposition serait une super bonne surprise mais ça n’est pas l’a cas. La piscine de la rĂ©sidence est impeccable. Je regrette que l’on nous demande de laver les serviettes en partant, compte tenu des frais astronomiques prĂ©levĂ©s pour le « mĂ©nage ». Si l’on demande aux locataires de laver la douche, les serviettes, la vaisselle, de ranger les draps, ... a quoi servent les 200$ de mĂ©nage que l’on m’a prĂ©levĂ© ?

Matt was great, very quick to respond. Brought us a cookie sheet within hours!I would recommend having more hooks to hang clothes/towels in either of the bathrooms. We were also missing a bath mat and window cleaner in main bath. The dishwasher definitely smells and generally needs to be ran everyday as the drainage hose is too long and the smell gets trapped within the appliance/line and creates an odor.I would recommend replacing some of the dishes such as tea pot which has rust, adding/replacing knives for cutting up veggies and meat etc. Could be an option to add a few more plastic/glass containers as it seems lot’s were missing lids.The outside lights at front door were either burnt out or very dull making it quite hard to see up the stairs in the dark. Other light bulbs within the unit were also burnt out.Overall great condo, added beach toys, chairs/umbrella and coolers were very much appreciated and nice to have.

This unit was a great place to stay for our entire family. Everything we needed and we loved it. We asked for a late checkout due to our 1130 flight at night. You gave us all the time we needed so we weren’t just sitting around waiting for our flight at the airport. That was very nice touch to what was a fantastic place to stay

Great condo!!

Our stay in this condo was great!! It is very clean and the two full beds in the upper loft bedroom really made a difference for us to have more sleeping space. We loved having the use of all the extras in the deck closet like the beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. Thank you for supplying all that for your guests. Also a big thanks to the property managers for allowing us to check out a couple hours late the day we flew home. It was super nice to be able to go to the beach through lunch time, then shower and catch our plane home in the late afternoon. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for hosting us.

Quiet and relaxing place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and the kitchen was nice and had all the utensils. The bedrooms are nice. There are fans and air conditioning throughout the rentals.The pool was a walk away. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced

Beautiful S Kihei, Tired Condo

This unit needs a major makeover. AC unit in lounge blows head height straight across the couch! Upstairs bath needs relayout, bang your head on shower glass, AC piping is broken and looks like I did the work, sink plug doesn’t hold water. Bath worktop had anti ant gunge left on top, yuk. Upstairs bedroom- curtain rail is broken, curtains do not close off the space.

This beautiful townhome is wonderful! It was so clean and had everything you need, including the best beach chairs. It was close to a lot of great restaurants and beautiful beaches! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at upgraded location!

Our family of four had a great stay! The condo was one of the most updated ones we've stayed at with modern furnishings and appliances (it was nice to have a washer and dryer that wasn't from the 80s). Our kids loved how we had access to two different pools (one that's steps away and the other "waterfall" pool a 2-minute walk away). The beach was exactly a 10 minute walk and we appreciated the provided sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. A few pointers for those looking: - It's a second floor unit in case you have mobility issues. - While the beach is a short 10 minute walk, the condo is on a small hill, so just know that you'll need to make a (very) light climb in case you have mobility issues or small kids. The paved sidewalk route also has stairs in case you have strollers. - We had ants which is expected of island life, but just know that you'll need to keep the counters clean and take out the garbage daily. With that said the property management team was super responsive in providing us some sprays to keep them under control. None of these things bothered us, but calling them out for awareness. Top notch location, amenities, communication, and cleanliness. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Nice condo, poor customer service.

On Day 2 of our trip we received word from the condo association that our lanais were being painted and they would not be accessible for a few days. Worse than that, the painters would need access to the condo during the day. Three of ten days interrupted. So much for privacy. According to the condo rep the owners/property manager knew there was a potential for the interruption yet this was NOT a part of the description shared in the VRBO post. We spoke to the property manager the day we received news of what was happening. She was understanding and offered a partial refund for part of our stay. We asked for an email to confirm her offer. She agreed but said they would not process a refund until we checked out. Partly for their own protection in case we trashed the place. We thought this strange but we were satisfied with her resolution. Buyer beware - even when you are satisfied with how your owner/property manager has resolved something and even when you have TWO emails confirming their refund offer, make sure to voice your concern with VRBO because once you check out the refund offer is not a guarantee. We found that out when upon checkout no refund came. We still wait for it. I would love to have the property manager respond on here as to why it has never been refunded. He might say we were hostile guests as we hung up on him on a call when we got home and he refused payment. Most would agree if you make an offer, follow thru. There were tiny bugs all over one bathroom.

11days in Kihei

10 nights at this condo were wonderful. My husband, our 25 year old daughter and our 18 year old son stayed here. We used to come to Maui yearly then began visiting the big island of Hawaii. Maui was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Maui Kamaole was a place we stayed previously and it is still a great location. We ate at Duke’s in Ka’anapali and walked through the resorts there and visited Lahaina but we definitely prefer Kihei or Wailea as our home base! Very crowded in Ka’anapali. We made notes of restaurants the we enjoyed and those that no longer live up to our expectations. These are the places we liked: Pa’ia fish market in Kihei, Ohana seafood bar, Gus’ shaved ice, Four Sisters bakery!!!, 62 Market restaurant, Cafe O Lei at the Plantation, Wow wow lemonade, Pint and Cork, Maui Brewery happy hour. This is our 2 cents.

Stand Out Management!

This is a well stocked, clean condo and in a central location. But the stand out experience of this unit for me was the management company. Their communications were clear. When I had questions, they either picked up the phone right away or replied to my message shortly thereafter. They were professional, informed, courteous and willing to accommodate my requests, when possible. I highly recommend staying at this or another one of their properties.

Nice quiet clean condo

I stayed at this suite with my son on a kiteboarding trip and really enjoyed everything about it - spacious, quiet, clean, private. All appliances were clean and worked. We didn’t use the pool which looked like a nice space. Every person we met including security are very friendly and the owner kindly accommodated a late stay for us which made our travels easier. I would stay there again

Perfectly sized condo

Perfect size for 2 adults/2 kids. Well stocked, comfortable couch and outside seating area. The unit stayed cool, no A/C needed! King bed was a little firm for us and pillows were a little flat. Nice big TV’s. One complaint
 walls are thin! Baby downstairs kept us up most nights. Other then that, nice unit and a really nice complex!!
