Wailea getaway
Beautiful location and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Short walk to beach and lovely beach walk along coast. Coldwell Banker has excellent customer service when we contacted them. Liked 24 hour manned gate.Lanai was extremely spacious.

Gorgeous Ocean and Sunset Views!
We had a wonderful week at the perfectly located, one bedroom condo, with stunning ocean and sunset views. The condo was nicely appointed, had everything we wanted and more. The bed was very comfy. There were plenty of dishes and glassware, which was much appreciated. We plan to come back again! Would love an extra chaise next time we stay. Ten stars on a great vacation rental!

Excellent Property
Overall, excellent unit. Extremely clean, kitchen is well stocked. Very spacious. The view is breath-taking and location is ideal -close to everything you need. The guards at the gate were lovely, saying hello every time we came and went. Pool was never over-crowded. Would suggest they add another shower curtain in the master so that it fully extends across the shower but the shower itself was perfect. Some refreshed pillows would have been great but the bed was very comfortable, despite what other reviews noted. Would definitely stay again.

Elua 2303 Outstanding!
The grounds themselves are beautiful and in an incredible area of Maui. All of the amenities of the big resorts that surround the property, yet the property itself is well spread out and doesn’t have that big resort feel. Super nice and high end mall within easy walking distance. Highly recommend the coffee shops on the beach path, but nearby Akamai coffee was the best on the island (although usually busy in the morning).
The unit itself was the perfect size for us. 2 bathrooms was a big plus. Incredible view of the ocean and great outdoor lanai. Inside was well decorated and comfortable.
Definitely recommend this for an amazing experience of the island!

Wonderful location
Lovely area. Condo was very nice and had great views. Loved having morning coffee on the lanai. Pools were nice and beach was just a walk away. Thanks for having beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The walking path along the ocean was very scenic. Saw lots of whales. The kitchen was well appointed. It was nice to be able to fix many meals. Couldn’t find a pizza pan though. This condo would be perfect except we felt the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the loveseat definitely needs replaced. It had absolutely no support. Wish it had been a sofa. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will return to this area again.

The condo was wonderful & perfect for what we were seeking. Until the tenants arrived above us the last few days making noise frantically stomping around & their pot smoking coming through the ventilation, it was perfect: so quiet, serene, clean, tasteful, spacious, comfortable. It was wonderful to have a nice kitchen to prepare breakfasts & lunches, a patio to enjoy meals while soaking in a beautiful view of ocean & lovely Hawaiian landscaping. Also, such a great location in which we could walk to high rated restaurants & quiet beaches away from the general public & crime. It was nice to have access to some workout equipment & one of the pools was heated (the one farther away). It was also great to arrive & find a bundle of sweet & savory treats waiting for us on the counter along with a book of tips for things to do & restaurants. It was convenient to have access to a laundry machine. If they were to leave a few beach chairs & boogie boards for use & a softer more comfortable bed, it would be even more perfect. However, it was exactly what we were seeking & really was a lovely, clean, modern, tasteful condo in a perfect location. Staff were professional & nice. Parking with a rental car was easy. Thank you for helping us have such a fabulous & comfortable, beautiful vacation!!

sitting on the patio enjoying the view is certainly a highlight. it is a bit of a walk down to the pool area just FYI. since the local fire department removed all condo grills, you will need to use the community one. the good news is it is about 1 minute walk just outside the patio door to the grill area. my only two constructive comments are:1. I wish they provided a guest safe unit in the closet for valuables you dont want to leave behind when you leave the unit.2. the patio shade that is necessary to help with the setting sun glare was difficult to open an close. It seemed to need a pole to operate it and we couldn't find the pole. also when the wind blows and the shade is down a bit it does rattle against the window and is irritating until you retract the shade.we would use this condo again. it has all the amenities you need and they provided a good supply of soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. We like the two full bathrooms as well. wish the couch was a fold out. our two grandkids (age 6 and 5 ) wanted to spend the night and we couldn't accommodate them with a place to sleep.
