Our COMPLETELY REMODELED CONDO at the Maui Banyan is uniquely situated on the top floor of the much sought after G building which boasts the best location at The Banyan. It is just a few minutes walk to Kamaole II Beach and Park but far enough away from the main road to alleviate road noise. Our unit is also unique in that it has views from the bedroom lanais of the ocean and Haleakala Mountain while overlooking the pool, our lush, green, tropical gardens and The Banyan's new water feature. Our condo is just minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops, activity centers and additional beaches. Our prime location truly makes us unique.

THIS UNIT CAN ALSO BE RENTED AS A 2 BEDROOM WITH THE ADDITION OF IT'S STUDIO LOCK-OFF WHEN AVAILABLE. PLEASE MESSAGE THE MANAGER, BARB, FOR ADJUSTED QUOTES. MAHALO.

The remodeled and redecorated master and bath walks out to the lanai with ocean and mountain views and is equipped with a fan, AC and TV. Many guests boast of the comfort of the Cal King size bed.
The studio lock-off (when available) has been remodeled including a new Cal king bed, a small kitchenette and a newly remodeled modern bathroom. It also has it's own lanai, AC, fan and TV. You'll look forward to waking up each morning to spectacular views. (The last 6 pictures are of the studio.)
The condo kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances including fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with two additional seats at the counter close by.
The living room is furnished for comfort and also has it's own AC, fan, TV and views from the lanai. A new top of the line queen size sofa bed adds additional sleeping quarters especially for the kiddos.

The Banyan grounds are beautifully landscaped offering two pools with hot tubs and outdoor showers, BBQ areas, a tennis court and covered parking. The pathways meandering around the grounds are surrounded by lush tropical flora and are just right for an evening stroll.

For your convenience a welcome basket will be provided with a few Maui essentials that will get you started on your relaxing vacation. As an added feature a land line phone has been installed for free long distance calls throughout the US and Canada.

We loved our stay at the Maui Banyan.A nice spacious unit with a great sized kitchen and laundry. A nice view of the sun setting from the lanai. A few minutes stroll to the beach across the road with excellent boogie boarding (which were provided along with beach chairs and a wagon for pulling it all)!An excellent place to stay if you’re staying in Kihei.

This was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it. The condo is in the best location, with beautiful ocean views from the lanai where we could see whales from - so cool! The condo itself is very clean, and the property grounds at the Maui Banyan is also impeccably kept with 2 awesome pool areas. The condo also had great amenities - we loved the wagon and chairs & boogie boards for the beach, along with the provided beach towels. It’s also right across from Kam 2, a perfect beach to go to with kids. The host Barb is fabulous, and makes the stay that much better - she is quick to reply, and extremely helpful. I had a few changes with my booking, and felt bad for making so many changes, but Barb didn’t make me feel bad one bit and handled it quickly and easily. I was also fortunate to meet her in person and she was so kind.

There was a good view of the ocean from the unit we were in. Unit was was well supplied. From towels to kitchen utensils. Had everything a person would need to enjoy the beach. Beach chairs,umbrella boogieboards,ice chest and a wagon to get everything to the beach. Which was just across the street a short ways.

I have multiple sclerosis and am a wheelchair user that looked for ADA compliance. My wife and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, first time to Maui. We found the unit to be excellent! The unit was conducive to my needs. The parking garage was fun when we would return to the unit. Everything was beyond what we were expecting, which was already excellent!The views, the distance to local establishments, ease of check in and out, the staff, and Barb were simply amazing!We flew in on 9/9 and days before Hurricane Kiko was expected to hit the islands, which it thankfully did not, Barb was reaching out to update me and provided me info for local Maui weather! She is an excellent host!

We had the most wonderful week at this condo! It was in a prime location and we walked to the beach nearly every day we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, the lanai had gorgeous views, and the poolside grills were pristinely kept (we never used them, but saw them being scrubbed and cleaned multiple times). The unit was clean and Barb was so easy to get a hold of (though we didn't need her for anything, she still checked in with us on our first day and replied to us quickly). We would love to stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Our stay in Kihei was awesome at this property. We’ve been to the Maui banyan before and love the location. This condo was perfect for us and Barb was super attentive when we needed some more bath towels. She was also able to accommodate a late check out which saved us with having a red eye flight!
