2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo in Kihei.

Our condo is in Kauhale Makai - or Village by the Sea which is a great resort complex on a large grassy ocean front property. There is a saltwater pool and a hot tub. It is a 2 minute walk across the grass to a sandy beach which is great for beach walking, watching the sunrise and sunset, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, kiteboarding and windsurfing. There are several tennis courts and pickleball courts a few yards away.

The Kihei location is ideal. It is a 30 minute drive from the airport. From the condo, it is only 1-2 miles to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There are other many great beaches in Kihei and Wailea a few miles from the condo.

Our unit is on the second floor. There is an elevator, but also a convenient open staircase from the atrium. The primary bedroom has a new (2024) California king sized bed with a sliding glass door to the lanai. You have a great ocean view from the bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower and built in bidet in the toilet.
The second bedroom has two new (2024) twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a built in bidet in the toilet. The twin beds can be made into a king bed upon request.
You will have ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. There is a sliding glass door from the living room into the lanai. There is a patio table and 4 chairs on the lanai where you can enjoy coffee, meals and cocktails outdoors.

There is plenty of open free parking on site.

Air conditioning throughout the unit. There are ceiling fans in the dining room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The ocean breeze is a great alternative to air conditioning.

There is free wifi and cable TV. There is a TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
You will have 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, microfiber beach towels and a cooler.
There are several coin operated laundry rooms in the building but not in the unit.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, a bag of coffee and coffee filters.
